I love nothing Bundt cakes but this location’s customer service was below average. The young woman that “helped” me could use some more training. Not at all the experience I’ve had with other locations. I’m looking forward to the Oviedo location opening.

I came super last minute to buy some cakes and the ladies here were so sweet and helpful! They answered all my questions and were super quick I was in and out!

The customer service was excellent, the employee at the store was super friendly and kind to me and the store was clean and very well organized. However, I got two cakes one for me and one for my husband and both of us are experiencing extreme upset stomach and have been ill all afternoon. The only common denominator between the things we have eaten today are the cakes. I am not sure if something used to make the cakes was bad or not but we’re both having extreme cramping and stomach aches and both of us noticed this immediately about halfway through the cake.

These cakes are amazing I always get these for gatherings, and they are great for those last minute I need a small cake occasion since they have a selection of cake which are ready for purchase in store. Ordering online is super easy I highly recommend.

This is one of the best bakeries that offers quantity and quality. I used them to make daughter’s birthday cake. Some bakeries create beautiful cakes that are tasteless and you end up spending a ton of money for subpar taste. We enjoyed every delicious bite of our Bundt cake. Now, my toddler is constantly asking for Bundt cake lol.

I ordered a gluten free raspberry and lemon cake and they gave me a chocolate chip. I asked to changed it and instead I got a regular cake without knowing it wasn't gluten free. I'm extremely allergic to gluten and now I am sick. Good job guys.
