Nothing Bundt Cakes

This place was once my favorite but within the last couple of years they have went down tremendously. All of our birthday cakes/cupcakes for any occasion comes from this bakery. We go out of our way to come to this location specifically through out the year. I live in lake Nona and could easily use that bakery but preferred this location instead. I always place my order a day in advance just to make sure the order is fresh and would be ready and I’m starting to think that’s not a good idea. The last couple of orders we have received from this bakery has been stale, gummy and within the next day have turned hard but I wanted to give them another chance. Yesterday when I picked up my order I wanted to make sure before leaving that everything looked fine. As I go to open the box that was already taped shut the cup cakes were a mess. I noticed the overlapping and arrangement of my order and was not pleased especially since presentation has always been a key factor in our decision to choose this bakery. I brought this issue to the attention of the lady at the register, who did try and rectify the situation, but the overall experience was still unacceptable. Seeing that this was for a special occasion due to the decorations and still we were giving the same box that was bent and visible damaged instead of placing them in a new one. Given the prices we pay, we expected a higher level of service but with that being said we’re going to give this location a break for a while.

We just used nothing Bundt cakes for our twin gender reveal and they were awesome. I ordered in person and had my friend call to give the genders and then we picked up the next day.

Got a cake here once, now it is our family’s every-special-occasion-cake. Birthdays, Mother’s Day, Easter, or ANY reason to just one !!! The service here is incredible, with the nicest staff everrrr!

It’s funny how you order something and you’re expecting for it to get delivered and when you receive the order you have items missing and the only thing that they tell you is, I can only give you a credit. They don’t even hesitate to. Hey, I’m sorry. let me resend the order. No Nothing the only thing is, I can just give you a credit really after I pay for it and after you charge me and I get delivered the wrong stuff wow definitely I will not be ordering from you guys no more please stay away if you’re ordering online, it’s not worth it

I want one of every flavor!!! They are so full of exactly that, flavor. If I had to choose only one, today it would be the carrot cake. Divine. Tomorrow I might want that raspberry lemon!

I love nothing Bundt cakes but this location’s customer service was below average. The young woman that “helped” me could use some more training. Not at all the experience I’ve had with other locations. I’m looking forward to the Oviedo location opening.
