I grew up in Miami. I love Cuban food! I found that the service was very good, but the food was average, not great.

Everything is great here, but if you like Cuban sandwiches, get that. The bread on that sandwich is perfect.

This is a gem of Cuban authenticity! Very paint, quiet restaurant with a nice, attentive staff and delicious food at a reasonable price. I truthfully don't remember the name of the dish I had, but it was roasted chicken w/plantains with yellow rice. I also got food to go about a week ago. (Cuban sandwhich, yellow rice & black beans). Delicious!

Ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches and then looked and tasted like they were made hours in advanced and reheated later on. Bread was burnt and stale and pork was hard and dry. This was the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Place is called Numero uno, but they should change their name to number 2 because that’s what my meal tasted like

I had chuletas with rice and beans which was fine but the chuletas were so hard I can bet 100 dollars they were cook yesterday and they just reheat it. I hate reheated food. Sorry never coming back here.

Being from Miami, it can be challenging trying to find a true authentic Cuban restaurant here in Central Florida. Número Uno comes closest to what you would find in Miami. The food is delicious. The staff is very friendly. I so definitely be coming here again.

Great place… can’t believe we never tried it until today! Food was fresh and flavorful. The service was thorough and proactively advised us on the items that would meet our dietary restrictions (vegetarian).
