I've never seen anyone, ever, spread the SAUCE on the pizza with their bare hands. No gloves, GROSS. She kept pushing her glasses up her nose. Gross again. We cancelled the order, got a refund and left. Nasty is the only word that comes to mind.

My Daugther went this morning to get 2. Sandwiches. She got both of them without eggs and the way they prepare them was putting two bagel tops together and two bottoms together 👎

I am so upset. I didn't realize it earlier because after ordering my food in getting the bag, I didn't think I would have to look in it.And went straight to a job appointment to get done with my job appointment think i'm going to eat what I ordered and realize not only is it wrong but they did not give me my complete order and literally stole part of my order. I specifically asked for a roll with egg and cheese only on a roll, which may I add He showed me the roll, I asked if it was fresh.They said, yes, I said, okay, perfect. and a everything bagel to eat at home with no cream cheese. Thwy charge me for both, paid 11 Dollars, winded up getting a plain bagel with egg and cheese, know everything bagel, no roll. What was the point? Unbelievable There was no one else in there. Two employees, one customer not sure how they couldn't, right

Girl was so cold we almost left. Being in a rush to get to airport I sucked it up wasn’t worth it. Not sure what happened to this place but don’t recommend,sadly.

This place is disgusting. It was a microwaved bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was cold, slimy, and uncooked. They shouldn’t even be allowed to have the name NY Bagels cause a Dunkin Donuts bacon egg and cheese bagel is better than this. My wife’s sausage egg and cheese was ice cold. Absolutely disgusting. Go somewhere else if you want a bagel.

Made two bagels out of three and just left her coworker to do the rest. When asked she said that’s what you ordered.
They might have good bagels but customer service was Zero! I’m not the guy that leaves bad reviews at all but this was not a way to deal with customers.
I love helping local shops but this is definitely not one I’m coming back to or recommending!

Place was closed when we arrived at about 11:30 this morning. So no we weren’t able to try anything.

Sat in the parking lot of this place for 20 minutes because the door was locked during open store hours when the door was finally unlocked there was no pizza available. Not good on the customer service side

I was hungry so I finished it, NEW YORK BEC is made fresh not in a fancy microwave, yes they had good treats but I wanted a NY style sandwich but instead I got a $10 microwave bec. Do what you want but my 1st and last time here buddy.
