Legitimate NYC bagels! They even use ACME lox.

This place is disgusting. It was a microwaved bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The bacon was cold, slimy, and uncooked. They shouldn’t even be allowed to have the name NY Bagels cause a Dunkin Donuts bacon egg and cheese bagel is better than this. My wife’s sausage egg and cheese was ice cold. Absolutely disgusting. Go somewhere else if you want a bagel.

Lady is super rude. Left on her break Half way through my order!

Made two bagels out of three and just left her coworker to do the rest. When asked she said that’s what you ordered.

They might have good bagels but customer service was Zero! I’m not the guy that leaves bad reviews at all but this was not a way to deal with customers.

I love helping local shops but this is definitely not one I’m coming back to or recommending!

Place was closed when we arrived at about 11:30 this morning. So no we weren’t able to try anything.

Sat in the parking lot of this place for 20 minutes because the door was locked during open store hours when the door was finally unlocked there was no pizza available. Not good on the customer service side

I was hungry so I finished it, NEW YORK BEC is made fresh not in a fancy microwave, yes they had good treats but I wanted a NY style sandwich but instead I got a $10 microwave bec. Do what you want but my 1st and last time here buddy.

I recently visited NY Bagel & Pizza in Orlando and had an amazing experience! I tried the egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel, and it was delicious—the bagel was fresh and perfectly chewy, with just the right amount of flavor from the Asiago. I also had a classic bacon, egg, and cheese on a Kaiser roll, which was just as fantastic. The roll was soft and complemented the savory bacon and fluffy eggs perfectly. The quality of the food here is outstanding, and it truly gives you a taste of New York right in Orlando. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!

Been away from NYC for a long time, Bacon Egg & Cheese on a plain bagel didn’t disappoint-brought me back to Brooklyn on the first bite! Constant flow of people, 10min to order and get food. Not bad for a two man operation! Be patient and kind-worth the wait.

Woman was not very nice when I walked in, no pleasantries at all and seemed annoyed.

Bagels with butter tasted like a freezer smothered in canola oil. Literally had to spit it out. I couldn’t believe how bad it was.
Disappointed.

I’m visiting from NY and was in the mood for a New York-style bagel. After some Google searching, I found NY Bagel & Deli. I wasn’t expecting much since I’m from NY, the home of the bagel. Upon entering, the place felt clean but was quite small inside, with limited seating outside. The NY-themed decor was a cool touch. One of the workers was nice and made my bagels pretty quickly, especially since it was getting busy.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted garlic bagel and an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese.

So, the bagels were edible but definitely not New York-style nor even fresh. My bacon, egg, and cheese on a garlic bagel was cooked way too hard. The contents weren’t bad, but they were just iffy. My everything cream cheese bagel was better, but nothing special. This place, to me, is a solid 3 stars. It’s connected to a gas station, and there was also a convenience store next door with additional grab-and-go options.

I don't think I'll be back though.
