NY Chinese restaurant has terrible customer service. I spent nearly $50 ordering from this place and never received my food. I even checked with the hotel receptionist and waited at the front desk for several minutes after they told me it was on the way—but it never arrived.
When I called the restaurant, a woman answered and was extremely rude. I explained that my order hadn’t been delivered, and she told me it wasn’t their problem and to contact Grubhub. To make things worse, she said if I wanted my food, I should have gone to the restaurant to pick it up instead of ordering through Grubhub.
Such treatment of customers is unacceptable—you should not be in business with such manners and disregard for your customers. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering from this establishment again.

My family and I have been ordering from this place for years. And we've always loved it. Until last Friday when the person whom ordered from hung up as we were talking. Then when we got our order it looked old and tasted funny. A couple of moments later my elder brother started complaining about stomach pains and felt ill. He got sick afterwards. WE ARE NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Been ordering at NY Chinese since I moved to Florida back in 2020. I order the same exact thing every time and I’ve never had a problem with my food. I moved across town but still find myself making the nearly 30 min drive because I’m scared to go anywhere else for Chinese ?

I stumbled across these guys finding a place. They reminded me of Home. I’ve lived in Orlando for seven years going on eight this October and I absolutely love their food! I gave him a shot tried the beef with mixed vegetables and vegetable lo mein as well as the egg drop soup both are my absolute hands-down favorite! Every time I order from them, they always give me my food hot and delicious. I am impressed for how well they cook our food and keep it fresh. there’s a young kid that’s been there cooking my soup most of the times I’ve ordered it and his skills are impeccable!!! Beyond impressed!! At the front desk when you order in and take out , is the Just as sweet and talented. I absolutely love this place!!. I will not go to another restaurant.!!! This really does give you the feeling of New York!!! There are photos I took of the eyedrop soup so you can see how beautifully created it is and of course you can forget the fried crispy noodles??!
Vegetarian options: There is so many different delicious vegetables, and entrées that you can have to choose from. Also great soup options! Definitely a wonderful menu with lots of choices.
Food was hot upon delivery is the only plus. Portions are small. Spring roll was indeed the smallest I have ever saw (2 bites). Didn't receive utensils asked for.

I was told not to go there...I should have listened. Hot and Sour soup was the worst I have ever tasted. Greasy and was like SWEET AND SOUR never have I tasted anything this Bad. I didnt ask for a refund or did I accept a credit, Especially if the food tastes like this. ????

Sometimes the food is so good but today… what is this? The krab Rangoon is hard and empty. The chicken was dry and even the donuts barely thad any sugar… they really missed the mark today. Whoever’s in the kitchen needs to go.

Ordered Chicken Lo Mein..Got the Lo Mein.No chicken.Missed the lunch special by less than 5 minutes and they wouldn't honor it.Should've went somewhere else.
