NYPD Pizza Hunters Creek

Do NOT order, we ordered pizza directly by calling the store. The store stated they gave the order to a delivery company, we guessbthey use called TOAST. They never delivered our order. The manager and employees working on 8/1/25 kept hanging up on us when we kept calling after waiting for 2 hours. Do NOT ORDER! On top of it all we had to feed 8 children who kept asking where is the food. Horrible customer service.

Do not order from this place! We ordered over a $120 dollars worth of pizza from the company after 2 hours the pizza never came they blamed some company name toast said it was not there problem repeatedly hung up after trying to understand how they delivered food we never got basically stole our money no food no refund DO NO ORDER they were wrong and beat us getting mad they are thieves

Impressive balance of friendly, efficient, and excellent. Apps and pizzas were excellent. I unfortunately do not remember the name of our server but she was awesome. Very attentive, followed up with everything, and got everything right.

Absolutely amazing experience! The pizza and wings were incredible—so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered was delicious. What really made our visit extra special was our server, Charlotte. She was so attentive, kind, and patient while we were deciding what to order. Such a sunny and fun personality! She made us feel so welcomed and truly added a personal touch to the night. The entire staff was warm and friendly. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we've had. And seriously, the pizza is really, really, REALLY good. Can’t wait to come back! 🍕🍗🙌

This is my family's favorite pizza, anywhere!!! We've been eating here for years and nothing compares. We haven't tried a pizza we didn't like, the white pizza is delicious, my personal fav, the calzones are large, definitely sharable and packed with cheesy goodness. The staff is great, friendly, provides fast service and I've never had an incorrect order! I highly recommend this location, it's far superior to any other pizza!

I really hate to say this because I used to love coming here when I first moved from Florida, but this was hands down the worst Margherita pizza I’ve ever had. Every slice looked like the one in the photo — barely any cheese, and what was there was just plopped on top. I know Margherita pizza isn’t supposed to be overloaded, but this wasn’t even close to normal. My kids usually love it, and even they didn’t want to eat it.

The mozzarella sticks came out cold, although the marinara was hot. The fries were the only thing we actually enjoyed — hot, crispy, and fresh. You could tell they held everything else back just waiting for the fries to come up. We ended up taking the pizza to go (mainly because it cost $16), and I honestly just gave it to a neighbor.

Service-wise, our server was very sweet but just not attentive. I understand it was the dinner rush, but it’s still not okay to have one of us missing a straw, waiting the entire time to ask for garlic powder (the only seasoning not already on the table), and never getting silverware. Btw
we never got the straw. We asked three times. She always forgot. It felt like she was stretched too thin. The service, unfortunately, matched the food — just disappointing and kind of sad.

Not sure what happened here, but it’s not the NYPD Pizza I remember.

Found this place while visiting SeaWorld. The food is outstanding,the service was quick and courteous. The prices are very reasonable. Plenty of pizza choices along with other choices to satisfy everyone

I love this place you can get pretty much anything you want to o eat

It was my first time at this pizza place, and I loved it from the start! Great pizza, nice place, but the best thing was Lara’s customer service , it was phenomenal , as same as her sister Luana and Isabella! Great people!!!
