Store is clean, well staffed, & well stocked. My mother has been coming here for over 12 years, but the fish she recently bought was not as fresh as it could have been. The grouper heads are huge & all packed into one case, not sure how often they swap them out but the one we bought was not fresh. Wonder what days the fresh fish comes in? Will have to call to find out. Good variety of fish & decent prices.

Today was my first time visiting the establishment since 2006 I am from Ocala fl. The staff that works their now are rude to the customers. Working in a place of business, the number one rule of law is customer service. The customer service experience was appalling. They stop to clean and leave the customers that already paid for their fish..The guy stated they were supposed to closed at 6 and it was 615, he kept arguing with the customer that was in his right along with my sister and another customer who just stood their for no reason whatsoever. They need to get their act together because the customer who who make the establishment stay running

Sold my wife 3 bags of frozen clams.....dated march(5 months old). Upon opening the bag EVERY clam was no good and open.
