The place is very nice, I had gone once before with my dad and everything was delicious, yesterday I invited my friend to eat there and the service was terrible.We entered greeting, no one answered, the waitress arrived and was silent, she didn't say hello, she threw the water at us and when we asked for her attention she said we could leave. I feel very disappointed.

The worst service ever I spend over 20 dollars in just a tripleta & a sprite the lady that took my order didn’t even ask if I wanted for here or to go didn’t even say hi or anything when I was ordering the sandwich was very sloppy I eat it cuz I was hungry & i didn’t even got choice but it wasn’t very satisfying at all plus they charge 3.99 for a bottle of sprite I never coming back here again I don’t recommended to any one they definitely need better cook & better front desk.

I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore. Very expensive and food has no Cuban seasoning. During my last visit food was very bad. I was a regular customer went there at least two times a week and my children at least 3 times for breakfast. Now even the good cook and servers left. Nether my family or friends will go back for long time.

Stopped by here to visit for the first time, after a friend brought a few of their dishes to a party. The attendants at the front were not helpful, when asking about a particular dish they didn’t understand what I was asking but responded with “no”. The vibe I received from this restaurant was they did not want to serve me. I will not return here.

Man at the counter tonight had a problem and I’m not gonna go into details but we don’t spend money where we are not wanted.. RACISM WAS LOUD AND CLEAR! Don’t worry we won’t be back plus the food ain’t even that good bland and unseasoned at best. We will stick with ZaZa!

what a great place! i have to rave again! wonderful sunday lunch. ice cold beer, live music, patrons dancing, the flavors are perfectly balanced, the espresso as good as Havana! literally! its been too long. back on the top of the list!
