We wish we could give more than 5 stars! Authentic amazingGerman food. The Street Brat is hands down one of the best we’ve ever tasted. The flavors blend together perfectly. It came with fries and homemade ketchup and mayo—the ketchup was nearly as amazing as the Brat itself! We also tried the freshly made pretzel, which was served with homemade cheese sauce and mustard. You could tell everything was prepared to order. While there are other food trucks there we’re not sure we’ll ever get past this one!

Always great customer service, Paul is very friendly to talk to and you can tell he’s proud of his dishes. And with the size of the schnitzels, he should be! I am addicted to the Sunday Brunch Chicken Schnitzel with beer cheese truffle hollandaise! Yum!
