Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

So I went to this location for the first time last week. We went after being at a theme park. First I'd like to mention this store is huge, very clean and organized. The host sat us rather quick being be had a big party. The server didn't show up for a few minutes, not too long really, but before it became an issue the floor managers had multiple people at our table to get our orders started. Once our server arrived I could tell her was overwhelmed but not rude. I watched him at his other tables, they were all big groups. Another manager came to check in on us to see if we were ok. There was a highlight to our night. A young lady that helped while she also had her own tables. I can't remember her name but she was very helpful and saw the importance of helping her coworker who was in the weeds. This location has great leadership and it shows through their staff. I highly recommend this location in a busy area of I Drive.

Restaurant itself is very very nice!!! Server was absolutely fantastic. Calamari was great, fried ravioli...not so much. Tastes like a cheap freezer version. Food was ok, my sausage was overcooked by three days so management was very nice and comped the meal. For an OG it did the job and I'd go back. Management deserves recognition here as I watched them walk around and greet each table!

The waitress (Anna) was very attentive to us, we ordered 2 Chicken Alfredo and The other one had meat and mushrooms, I don't remember exactly which one it was.

The food was very good and there was plenty of it, lol, the soup was very good and the pasta too.

She also gave us chocolate and packed up the leftover pasta of mine to take home. The service was also very good and the amount of food that came surprised me, so order knowing that there will be leftovers lol.

They change the server.
The second server was nice and friendly but it took too long cjeck back to us and too long to get my check.
The Patio/Terrace was an Ok atmosphere.

The waitress Ana was amazing! So kind, quick, caring and helpful!! Their manager also very polite and accommodating!!! I got there a little bit before closing time, and they didn't have enough of the soup that I like, and they were all very quick to help find a solution!! They were all great!!

Food was pretty good, but the steak was a cut that was practically half fat this time around. The pricing seems to be going up from last year which is unfortunate but expected. I'm still waiting on that never ending pasta pass

Great food, friendly customer service, waiters were kind to my ASD child and paid no attention to her stimming. Thank you. Plus, it was beautiful and in a beautiful location.

My family and I had an excellent experience having lunch here. The waiter’s attention was perfect, food was outstanding. Bear in mind that food is cooked at the moment, so consider some minutes waiting for the food. Will be back soon :-)

We are visiting from MO and are usually very disappointed when eating out. This visit was outstanding. Our server Gabe is very friendly, personable, and made us feel like we are family. If you visit here make sure you get Gabe's section. You won't be disappointed!
