I recently visited the Olive Garden at and unfortunately, it was a letdown. After being seated, we waited a long time without any acknowledgment from our server, who walked past us multiple times. Frustrated, we left but decided to return and speak with the manager. She reseated us and brought out our gnocchi soup, which disappointingly had only three gnocchi pieces. It was too watery and just all around disgusting. Our new server seemed more interested in his phone than attending to us, standing at the bar without checking in. When the manager asked how things were, she didn’t offer any compensation for the poor experience. We ended up paying $50 for a meal that was far from satisfying.

I ordered 1/2 gallon chicken gnocchi soup to go and no chicken or gnocchi were to be found on the soup :(

Terrible service and delivery times. First time using their delivery service and it was a nightmare. The first order placed came in pretty quickly, but was missing an entree which just happened to be my meal. Called and they said I would have to place another other. Well the second order took a whole hour for just one entree. I mean if u messed up on the 1st order you'd think they'd make it a priority for u to get the food they missed the 1st time out to you quickly, but, No! By the time I received it was cold. I'm pretty pissed off and probably won't order from them for a while.

We had a terrible experience there. We waited over thirty minutes for bread sticks and salad. Five minutes later the meal comes out. It's my local olive garden so I will give it another try. So upset though, the manager didn't even compensate us. Ridiculous!!!!

Our visit here today was just fine but far from perfect. Most of the food came out fine. We got the lasagna and the carbonara. Our breadsticks were rock hard the first batch. Our silverware was very dirty. All easily fixed by our server— but shouldn’t be happening at all.

Our service was terrible at this Olive Garden. Our server Victor, made us wait 1 hour for breadsticks and another 45 minutes to get our food. We asked him several times how long it would take and he kept saying “ I don’t know how much longer, it’s busy okay”. We left very disappointed and hungry.

I really appreciate Olive Garden food but this unit is peculiar. It had been a while since the last time I went to that location because the service there is always below the average. I decided to give it a chance and try one more time, even more because we were around there. The service is still an issue there. Don't know what it is, people there are always in a bad mood and not friendly.

Olive Garden offers a decent casual dining experience, but it depends on what you’re looking for. The unlimited breadsticks and soup/salad are definitely a highlight—they’re warm, flavorful, and comforting. The pasta dishes, while satisfying, don’t exactly scream authentic Italian and can feel a bit heavy or over-sauced at times.
Service is generally friendly, but it can be inconsistent depending on how busy the restaurant is. The atmosphere is cozy, but it’s more of a chain restaurant vibe than anything special.
Overall, Olive Garden is solid for a quick, family-friendly meal, especially if you’re in the mood for Americanized Italian food. It’s not groundbreaking, but it gets the job done. A safe, middle-of-the-road choice. I’d give it a 3.5/5.

Spaghetti and meat balls had no taste. And the mushrooms sauce is tasteless. New mushroom, steak with spinach and pasta dish was bad too, steak was not the best. Steak tips were so hard. It was unchewable. And you guys don't have to mix pork with everything. You can make meat sauce without pork. The gnocchi soup was extremely salty. The shrimp appetizer contains 5 shrimp, and the rest were peppers. It's just not right that food costs soooo much money, and it's all just wasted when these establishments give you crap to eat.

Served by Natasha. She was extremely rude and abrupt! We usually enjoy our dining at Olive Garden but Natasha's attitude ruined it. She needs some hospitality training otherwise she needs to work at the back area of the restaurant ie kitchen. I've spoken to the manager Chris and informed him of Natasha's behaviour so she doesn't spoilt the dining experience for others.

Service was amazing, even there was a bit of a wait to be seated, but one of the best olive gardens I have gone to.

My experience was not great. First the Cutlery at a table of 8 were very dirty with old food stuck to at least 6 of them. The first set of bread was not fresh. The dishes were not clean.
The manager came over to talk to our party to apologize for the Cutlery.
I went to pour a glass of water, and the glasses were filthy. All of them. The manager Olivia returned and again apologized. I requested a clean glass and she never returned to bring the glass. I did not receive the glass before I left and she did not return.
I love the food at Olive Garden, but my experience at this location was not a good one.
Our servers and Valentina and Hector, were very great and very apologetic and accommodating.
The kitchen needs to do a better job of cleaning the dishes so that people don't get sick.
