Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Never had such a negative experience appetizers cold waiter dropped all chips then brings them later after the appetizers is cold. Request for the bread like always with no salt it took them for ever. Food warm offcourse I could have returned everything but I went for dinner not this crappie service. Never again

Went for lunch today took my mother. Awful experience, server was in the weeds. Waited 15 before she even took our drink order, food quality was lacking onions in salad were old, my mothers order never appeared so we asked for itbto be boxed. No manager was present and staffed looked very sloppy. Sad experience today around noon.

Taylor was an AMAZING server, please give him a raise!!! He gave out great recommendations and was very attentive, our drinks were never empty. Please have him train more servers, we need more like him!!

> The location is very beautiful, and the restaurant is very elegant, with a very nice infrastructure. However, the service and the staff there do not treat customers well. We asked to change tables because it was very cold where we were sitting, and they curtly told us it was not possible, even though there were tables available.

Dealt with manager Alex Knight for some help with a visit to this restaurant and had a great experience with him.

He was very helpful and attentive.

I can’t remember the name of our server but he was a super tall man with curly hair. He gave us the most amazing service ever, provided great recommendations and truly made our experience amazing. This Olive Garden has needed servers like him for a while so I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much!

I only give it 1 star because of the terrible service from our server Natasha. She treated us poorly with a bad attitude and was very unhelpful. They should pay attention to who they hire to serve the public and how they treat their customers! Otherwise, the restaurant is very nice, clean, and has a good atmosphere; the food is just as good!

I only give one star to call the manager's attention!! I love Olove Garden, I always go!! But for God's sake, there's a waitress named NATASHA, Hispanic with yellow hair!! She's the most horrible person and has the worst service in the world. Please don't allow this woman to damage your name!! Put her in the kitchen, so she doesn't talk to people.

Today is my birthday, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to have lunch with my family and celebrate this special day. The service is always excellent, and the food is always delicious. Andres was awesome!

I wasn't in a Olive Garden For about 10 years in NY. This place was AMAZING!! EXCELLENT food, service, prices, clean bathrooms. Great experience!!! Highly recommend.

Our server Tay was amazing! Kept our drinks full, breadsticks refilled and had a great personality. The manager Jamie was also very sweet they packed is to-go soups without even asking. Will definitely return.

I got a takeout of fried calamari. In the carry out section, the cashier was pleasant. It took about 10 minutes. The calamari was tender. I really like the sauce that came with it.

We picked up to go because we'd been out and about all day and just wanted an easy, full dinner. I can only say we will never go back or do that again. Everything tasted as expected, but that's about the only positive I can say.
The portion of lasagna was so small, I'm not kidding when I say it was just a tiny bit bigger than the meatballs that we got with the spaghetti. It was either a lunch size (at 6:30 pm) or maybe a child size for $20?? Had we not been so tired and hungry, we'd have thought to take a picture.
The bread sticks were old, cold and just that - bread sticks. There was zero garlic butter on them.
