I've been to this Olive Garden location three times now. On our latest visit, we noticed that the service was a tad slower than usual, but it didn't take away from the experience because the food made up for it. It came out hot, fresh, and super tasty. My husband went for the chicken and shrimp carbonara, while I had the grilled chicken margherita, both of which were delicious. The place itself has a really welcoming vibe, and there's plenty of parking, which is always a plus. It's a great spot for anyone - families, friends, or even a date night. You can't go wrong here!

Food was ok. Service was terrible. We waited sonlong for bread and for the food and waitress was always missing in action and completely lost. The amaretto Margarita was amazing but after the terrible customer service experience we never came back again.

Very beautiful store. Camila was our waitress and she was wonderful. Manager stopped by to check on us. Tried new sangrias watermelon and the other Berry. Tasted like jolly ranchers ! Food (tour of italy and spaghetti with meatballs) was delicious as well as the coffee. Will be back !

We’ve been here twice. The second time because we had a gift card. The food is not fresh. The tomatoes, onion and olives in the salad tasted rotten. The customer service was even worst. They’re either young and don’t know anything at all and do t care to learn either. Then the senior servers care less so I guess that explains. Not sure if management is responsible for their employees not caring at all about customer service, but one thing is for sure, the food is not worth it either.
Honestly not impressed. Our server was nice, but left us with our food for over an hour without checking on us and the restaurant looked great but the food was mediocre, lukewarm and didn't really taste like anything. My husband ordered the fettuccine alfredo and it tasted like noodles and cream, no cheese taste at all. I got the tour of Italy and the plate was hot but the food was cold. The chicken parm was warm, but even the parts without marinara sauce weren't crispy. Next time I want pasta I'm just going to stay home and make it myself so it's properly seasoned and hot.
