The older lady behind the cocktail bar with the short grey hair and Britishey accent served us about six months ago, and I remembered her immediately because of how rude she was then. Unfortunately, on our return visit today, we had the same experience again. She was extremely rude, refused to serve me a drink because of my foreign ID (even though I am a visitor and that’s my only form of identification), and made the whole interaction very unpleasant. Her attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which is disappointing — especially for a Disney bar that should have a magical and happy spirit. Sadly, her behavior really ruined our evening.

Just had dinner, and the food was bland. The fried chicken was not tasty, and the prime rib was under seasoned. I have been vacationing at Disney for many years, and it seems like Disney restaurants have made it a money grab nowadays. The food is overpriced with a lack of quality.

We had an amazing brunch. I had the French toast whick was made from banana bread. So good. My daughter had the chicken with potatoes and eggs and she couldn't quit raving about it.

We've heard good things about Olivia's Cafe and we're looking forward to our first visit. Upon entering, the noise level was deafening, and we could not make out what the hostess was saying to us. This noise level never lowered the entire time we were there, making it hard to enjoy any kind of conversation. The cast members must have all been having an 'off-day' or really don't like their jobs, because every one of them were very perfunctory, showing none of the enthusiasm we are used to from a Disney team. The food was mediocre, nothing unique about the flavors, and the shrimp cocktail we ordered was served on a a bed of slaw, instead of in a cocktail glass as we expected. The crab cakes were mostly filling, not much crab, although the New England chowder was rather good. The wedge salad was not a wedge at all, rather four leaves of iceberg lettuce stacked together. Aside from that, most of the portions are adequate, and you won't go away hungry. For dessert, we ordered the coconut cake and it was absolutely tasteless. Not one discernable flavor at all, which was very odd. Overall, we would return, as it's the restaurant with the most variety at the resort, but given an option, we'd probably hop a bus to another area.

This is a smaller place at Disneys Old Key West Resort. The food is good and the service has always been really good. Nice people that always start up a good conversations.
It’s not a very large place but it has a great beachy feel to the place, as all of that resort does.
We thought we had reservations but a mistake only part, it didn’t go through. They still found us a table in just a few minutes time. We were very happy about that.
If you happen to just want to get away from the parks and have breakfast or lunch in a quiet atmosphere, check them out.
3rd time here and it never fails to be an amazing experience. This time we had Tyrone as our server - excellent. Definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant and very underrated. 5 stars and A+

First time eating here. I was very surprised how yummy the food was. I had a party of 8 and all enjoyed their breakfast. I had the crab Benedict and it was great. Our server was a little odd, she kept trying to be funny but the jokes didn't land. I think she was trying to hard and just needed to relax and be herself. Overall I was definitely come back here. The food was excellent.
