Worst experience here at the Omlet Bar of UCF… The food was fantastic but the customer service sucked! Oh and the power went out just as we received our food… Had to come back to pay and when we came back to pay STILL no good customer service, no one up front to even receive payment… The atmosphere seemed a little under the weather, usually has a decent amount of people but not today… Customer Service was WEAK!!!!!

Let me start with the good. Great service and the plane looks great with good atmosphere.
Now to the bad. Where to start? The pictures of their pancakes on their screen showed the most fluffy pancakes ever. Which is funny cause you can compare them right there. We got the thinnest pancakes and they were hard and cold. I don't understand it. The eggs were fine and the home fries as well, although it looked like we got 10 pieces or so.
My wife did enjoy her waffles but friend didn't like her Pina colada French toast. Again cold
I don't believe I'll be back.
P.S. they don't have bagels, or cream cheese or my favorite - smoked salmon.

order was a to go. Biscuit burnt outside, gooey on inside, not flaky at all! Eggs were over cooked had burnt spots. One bacon over cooked. They just opened for the day. Very expensive for such a bad meal

Talk about melt in your mouth breakfast food. Delicious and heavenly waffles and pancakes!
The service is absolutely phenomenal! The food in general is good The biscuits and gravy are amazing! Just ask for extra gravy because they do not give enough lol Orange juice was great which is unusual for restaurants. I'm not a fan of the country fried steak Kind of tasted like aged steak which I don't care for. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Not too loud and comfortable.

I went here with my boyfriend because he wanted to try it. Several staff members saw us and said they'd seat us in just a moment while we were the only people waiting. Another couple walked in and were seated immediately while we were told they would still be with us in a moment. This put us in a sour mood so we walked out immediately. The McDonald's across the parking lot had better service than this place.

me and my partner came in earlier. all of the staff were busy so we were left waiting, which is fine on its own, we don't mind a wait, but when we decided to sit down, another couple came in and the staff decided to serve them first and ignore us. that soured both our moods and we will not be coming back.

I went in to celebrate a friend's birthday at 1 pm. We were seated pretty quickly, however it quickly went downhill from there.
The half pitcher of mimosas was barely 2.5 cups worth, which only added insult to injury after it took almost 30 minutes to get it. I also ordered a Morning Irish which took an hour to arrive, and this is not even mentioning all the issues with the food.
First, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was being handed a Chipotle Burger when it was in fact a Blue Moon Burger. Mind you those are two very different dishes with very different toppings. At this point I had already been seated for more than an hour and I had to wait longer for the correct order to come out. Unfortunately, the issues did not end once I got the burger I had actually ordered. My fries were cold and my burger was mediocre at best.
My girlfriend's experience wasn't any better. She received bacon instead of sausage links on her French Toast Combo. Her French toast, potatoes, and bacon were all cold. Not to mention the fact that she had to walk up to the front desk just to get syrup.
After dealing with all of this we were left with a $65 bill for terrible service and food we didn't enjoy.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money.
