The location, the atmosphere, and the ambiance are magnificent. The food my omelet personally was extremely dry and just not good. Please excuse my grammar. The fruit seemed old and weathered in my fruit bowl. I could care less about the upcharge for the fruit. Just make sure it doesn't looks presentable.
My wife and children enjoyed their meals without any complaints. 45-minute drive to this highly recommended location. Was not impressed.

Service by Pricila was outstanding. Then it starts to slowly go downhill from here. I'll start with the prices which I understand need to cover all expenses and overhead and make a profit. They aren't terrible and comparable to other restaurants that serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch only in the area. The overpriced markup in my opinion is the add-on of a pancake or French Toast. $5 for a single pancake or one slice of French Toast (one slice of bread cut in half) is steep. Especially when I got the French Toast and it was fair to mostly sub-par at best one piece of bread cooked enough to brown the egg wash then a sprinkle of powdered sugar to be served room temperature without butter wasn't impressive at all. Also, if you are going to name your restaurant Omelet Bar(which I would honestly look into changing or teaching your cooks how to prepare an Omelet.) As the one that I had didn't have filling from end to end as you would expect from an Omelet also cooked more well done on the product interior as it was just cooked fully and masked by the presentation. Then are your breakfast potatoes which are a joke and seem to come out of a bag and just fried. As they can't be homemade at all not the way they are cut with lines that are too perfect for each piece and the fact that they have no flavor unless you add a lot of salt and pepper and dip in ketchup or hot sauce. Let's not leave out the toasts that come with the meal that was toasted but either barely buttered or was just dry (I got the sourdough) I wasn't sure if it was buttered at all I'm impressed that it was a mystery. Kudos to the cooks for creating a mystery food. Finally, there's the atmosphere which is geared towards the local UCF color vibe and theme and that's fine and great to support the University but it's time for an update. The stained ceiling, the various lights that need to be replaced, and various upholstery rips and tears are just another part of poor overall quality control. For a single location privately owned restaurant TLC isn't a bad thing throughout the years.

Servers were reportedly overheard stating that they had removed hair from a customer's plate, which was followed by condescending laughter and a comment, "I had to do that last week!" I fervently hope this was an isolated incident. Nevertheless, I am troubled by the servers' apparent disregard for hygiene protocols and the measures in place to prevent such reckless and unsanitary actions, especially in a college area!

I absolutely love coming to The Omelette Bar for brunch! It’s one of the few places where I can get a delicious gluten-free pancake, which is a huge plus for me. Their “pick three” menu is perfect – I love getting pancakes, eggs, and a meat. The atmosphere is always great, and if I’m with friends, I can’t resist grabbing a fun mimosa to go along with the meal. The food has always been fantastic, and I’ve never been disappointed. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow at times, so don’t expect super fast service. Despite that, the friendly staff and amazing food make it a spot I always return to.
Dietary restrictions: I always get the gluten-free pancakes here and don’t have a reaction.

Ohhh, this place gives the popular Keke's and First Watch a run for their money! I arrived about 30 minutes after they opened on a Sunday, and there was already a decent amount of customers seated (a good sign in my eyes). The staff was friendly and the service was great. I forgot to take pictures because I was so excited to try the food. Ordered the Bostonian, which has lobster and is topped with a lobster bisque sauce. HIGHLY recommend! It was so delicious. I'm definitely going back when I'm in the Orlando area again.

They seated someone else who came after us and lied!!! All they had to say was sorry and then seat us! Off top service started terribly. The hostess made up a stupid excuse and the manager who just shows up says “you didn’t want a booth” - we never said that nor gave the hostess a preference. Moral of the story, pay attention to your customers, don’t lie! We have a choice on where to dine - we left and didn’t choose this place!

The lobster omelet was AMAZING!!I also tried the stuffed French Toast. It was good but I prefer the omelt. I gave the service less stars because we were told we could "half portions" but when we reviewed the bill, we found out there was no way to charge for half portions and was charged full price. That should have been stated before we ordered. However, I will definitely return to try some of the other selections.

Service was very good. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired with lumpy torn seats, and brown leaked -through ceiling tiles.
The food was also just ok. The omelet was bland, and potatoes tasted like season-less potatoes from yesterday with doused on salt/pepper/paprika.
We were expecting something closer to First Watch, especially with the comparable prices.

Food was pretty tasty. Nothing special for a breakfast / munch / lunch spot. The interior was pretty fancy indicating the inflated costs. Service was slow and seemed relatively inflexible and like they weren’t morning people. Coffee was tasty. Sausage gravy was very flavorful.
