I went in to celebrate a friend's birthday at 1 pm. We were seated pretty quickly, however it quickly went downhill from there.
The half pitcher of mimosas was barely 2.5 cups worth, which only added insult to injury after it took almost 30 minutes to get it. I also ordered a Morning Irish which took an hour to arrive, and this is not even mentioning all the issues with the food.
First, they tried to gaslight me into thinking I was being handed a Chipotle Burger when it was in fact a Blue Moon Burger. Mind you those are two very different dishes with very different toppings. At this point I had already been seated for more than an hour and I had to wait longer for the correct order to come out. Unfortunately, the issues did not end once I got the burger I had actually ordered. My fries were cold and my burger was mediocre at best.
My girlfriend's experience wasn't any better. She received bacon instead of sausage links on her French Toast Combo. Her French toast, potatoes, and bacon were all cold. Not to mention the fact that she had to walk up to the front desk just to get syrup.
After dealing with all of this we were left with a $65 bill for terrible service and food we didn't enjoy.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their time and money.

Grossly overpriced BS. Omelet is falling apart, the additions are barely put in, doesn't come with cheese by default and its overcooked. There is also no way this is four eggs.

I was recommended to have the brisket eggs Benedict; they were excellent. Service was great and the food came out very quickly (to be fair, we were the only customers for half our visit).
Two minor observations: Being near campus, the portion sizes may have to be a little bigger to attract the students (if you want them). They're a very value-conscious demographic (understandably).
Having worked in the restaurant industry myself for several years, I was a little surprised to see crumbs and other debris under the tables (they had just opened, so this was from at least the previous day). My GM would never had let a server leave until their sections were absolutely spotless (and our restaurant was even more casual/ lower tier than this one). Admittedly this is nit-picking, but an observation nonetheless.

Each time we visit the UCF/Orlando area we stop by here. Food is consistently delicious with great service.

We’ve been to the Omelet bar about 5 times and every time the food is amazing and the service is great. But especially on this last visit (Sunday brunch) it was super packed and busy in the restaurant, but our server JP still made us feel attended to and always was going the extra mile. We appreciate the attention to detail and making the visit such a pleasant experience. It was such a good experience, we felt we had to tell the manager/owner how great he was!

The Omlett Bar offers breakfast and lunch and has a nice open and airy atmosphere. Our party all had breakfast, the pancakes, waffles, an gluten free French toast were all dry. The issue I had was when my order of extra crispy bacon came out too chewy and undercooked, the waitress took my order back and had them slap it back on the grill. If you love bacon like I do, you understand that the reheating process took the YUMMMM out of it. With the gluten free French toast already meh, I was less than enthused with my meal.
The ladies bathroom needed attention with paper towels and toliet paper.
It's to be noted they were slammed and short staffed the day we were there.
Overall a nice place that offers alcholic beverages. Not giving up on them, will try again for lunch.

It did take some time to get a table (which was odd because there were empty tables.. so our guess was they were short staffed). A huge shout out to my server though. I asked for avocado and he let me know it was the last one and was kind of tough. He said after I tried it he would take it off if I wanted. I appreciated this honesty so much! Yes it was a little tough, but still tasted delicious and I am still happy I had it.

The restaurant is OK for what it is. Food was good and staff were attentive. My only concerns/complaints are that the food and drinks are wayy overpriced and a bit unreasonable. The waiter who served us also didn’t check the water glasses we ordered and there were mysterious floating particles in the water. It was disgusting. 🤢

Food was ok. Pancakes were awesome and drinks were good. My biggest gripe was that the restaurant let another customer bring a dog inside and the dog set in one of the chairs. I love animals, especially dogs. But I do not bring my dog out to eat in a public setting. Dogs do not belong inside a restaurant or in the seats.

Great diner type restaurant! The entree of choosing different chicken & waffles is definitely worth it! They give you more chicken than they do for waffle. Just keep that in mind if you like the carb load of a whole waffle. Since they give you three chicken & waffle, they give you half a waffle per chicken. From best to least best chicken & waffle options would be #1 - Housemade Sausage Gravy #2 Cherrywood Bacon & Cheddar and #3/last is Raspberry butter & Bourbon Syrup. All still delicious just the Sausage gravy chicken & waffle was the best.

Looked better than tasted. Lobster Benedict, overcooked. Lobster tasted like crab and ham mixed together. Staff is amazing but for the price of things you'd expect something better. I could have went to Denny's.... Hit and a miss

Good food, great service. But if you're a dad with a baby, there's no changing table in the Men's room. Had to do the awkward beg for permission and forgiveness in the women's room.
