Long wait in the airport. Unreal. Tried ordering using the QR code because the server felt like doing anything but waiting on tables but it only resulted in an error message. See pic.
Excellent service and really good food .
Keep your receipt. With tips i signed off on check $75, they changed that and charged my card $95
It took 15-20 minutes for us to get seated. There were waiters who would see us but continue on working. No one ever bothered to say “we'll be with you in a minute” or acknowledge us. Secondly the waiter we had was sort of rude. Say us down and pretty much threw our utensils at the table. Once seated of course we knew what we wanted because we had so much time to look at the menu so we told him our order and he goes to his screen and shouts to confirm our orders. When he brings the food he pretty much throws down the chips and salsa which caused some chips to fall onto the table. Given it was 10 at night and I understand people can be exhausted but if you don't have the right attitude to deal with people at any given time of day then you shouldn't be there.
They didnt sit the parties that scanned the barcode and got in like with open table, only the ones that walked up and waited. So even though it says “scan this and we'll text you when your table is ready” we never got sat

Stopped here before the flight to sit down and eat. Maria was our server. She has an attitude like she doesn't like her job. She rushed us, even walked off as my wife was trying to complete her order with her. She was not helpful at all! I had to ask two other employees for to-go boxes. She handed me a cup with no lid when I asked to take the rest of my drink. Another employee seen that she did that and happy met me while I was walking out to give me a lid and straw. She sucked, Seriously! She had a mean mug on her face the entire time. I should've known it wasn't a good sign..
They've got a long wait and advertise using open table to get on the waiting list but don't utilize it. They just write your name down and ask you to come back however many minutes later. For me it was 30 minutes and you're operating on the hostess's memory, if she's at the hostess stand. That is a lot of time for most people trying to grab a meal before or in between flights. Once you're actually seated, the waitresses are too slammed going back and forth from the kitchen to actually provide you with good service. There's a water bottle on each table, but it's not free, it's $6. But you'd only know that once the bill arrives because the waitresses simply don't give you any time. You're expected to put in your order using a QR code on the table. This was communicated to me about 10 minutes after being seated. You put in your order online and it gives you the option to pay, not that your order's been put in. So I paid, thinking that was how it works. Nope, they couldn't find my order ticket in their system so I had to wait extra long for my food. I'm not mad at the waitress who assisted me, but it just seems like a poorly managed spot. The food was decent, if overcharged because it's in the airport.
Wait time was an hour. Server was unfriendly and unhelpful. There was a limited menu. The food took almost 40 minutes after we ordered. Everything felt gross and unclean. The food was not good. And it was pretty expensive. Would highly recommend just doing fast food at the airport.
Guacamole is advertised as freshly made daily however it came to the table looking dark green (aged) and tasted like processed shelf stable guac from a store. Beef burrito also had bad taste and was way too salty. I don't think any of the food is really made fresh. Margarita was brought to the table with a fly floating in the glass. Chips and salsa were pretty decent tho

Terrible service. Got wrong food order. Tiny portions. Expensive meal. I ordered a beer and never received it. Would have rather gotten Burger King across the hallway. Gross food, awful service and took forever!!!!
We got there and there was no hostess for at least 45 minutes. Nobody knew it was going on. There was no servers out. Nobody was seated. The entire restaurant was completely empty except the bar.
There are better options elsewhere for food. The entire experience was poor. Waiting for a table when the restaurant was nearly empty, long wait for drinks, long wait for food, long wait for the check. The food was mediocre at best. Not worth your time or money.
It wasn't terribly busy but the wait staff seemed very overwhelmed. Food was eh, they ran out of Bloody Mary mix, our waitress was pleasant but the rest of the staff... not even a smile, and the hostess was flat out rude.. they said we had to sign in on open table which we did but they never called anyone. Luckily we came back because those that were waiting at the door got seated. Restaurant that is poorly run.. to boot, there are only 2 sit down restaurants in the terminal so you're sort is stuck if you flight is delayed - will try to avoid if possible
Reservation system not efficient or useful for people who prefer not to download more programs and apps to phone. Once I finally got seated in a moderately busy I never saw a wait staff for 20 minutes. Finally I just left. Won't be back.
