It wasn't terribly busy but the wait staff seemed very overwhelmed. Food was eh, they ran out of Bloody Mary mix, our waitress was pleasant but the rest of the staff... not even a smile, and the hostess was flat out rude.. they said we had to sign in on open table which we did but they never called anyone. Luckily we came back because those that were waiting at the door got seated. Restaurant that is poorly run.. to boot, there are only 2 sit down restaurants in the terminal so you're sort is stuck if you flight is delayed - will try to avoid if possible

Reservation system not efficient or useful for people who prefer not to download more programs and apps to phone. Once I finally got seated in a moderately busy I never saw a wait staff for 20 minutes. Finally I just left. Won't be back.

We tried to eat here but instead of talking to a human you scan a QRS code and they call you for your table. Not sure if it's their system or a 3rd party that sells the information. Anyway apparently it doesn't work well so unless you verify with a hostess you might not be on the list for a table. And because it's Orlando Airport, literally hundreds of people are trying to eat there. It did not appear clean. I watched 3 people try to ring up a customer. Pure chaos.
Once I was seated, it was great. It was a bit of a wait but one of their employees decided to ignore the waitlist and just start seating people...things got confused and that delayed being seated even further. But the server was great and the food is fine for airport food.
We put our name on the waitlist but no one ever contacted us when our table was ready. No one monitors the front entrance and people will sit themselves as soon as they saw an open table. Completely unorganized and chaotic.

Food took over 1/2 hour to get . Had to leave food behind to get to flight. Girl had an attitude as well.

Very slow service ... rude waitresses... typical overpriced airport food. If you have 4 hours to spare you can eat here but if not and you are hungry pick another option .
My daughter and I were in the restaurant before our flight. They have a limited menu, we ordered queso, sprite, 2 dinners and I ordered a beer. The queso and sprite came. My beer never was served, after 40 minutes of not seeing the waiter. I told the manager we needed to go. He was completely unaware of the problems. He comp'd the queso and sprite after he had to remove the beer. We went to LaMadeline accross the terminal to get dinner!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your time and eat somewhere else in the airport. The entire staff acts like they are doing us a service by being there. Everyone from the host one has the biggest stank face with attitude.

My barthender/waitress was awesome she went above and beyond with her service. Can't say much about the quality of the food. Overall a great experience! I forgot my server name but she is PR with sleeve tattoo and glasses. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding service!!!

We waited 45 minutes and almost missed our flight just to receive some over priced tacos in a styrofoam box. The food looked so plain and unappetizing. Cashier was nice, but this place is a rip off.
