My family and I came in for a late dinner. We did not know what to expect since it's our first time there. We got the chicken wings, ramen noodle, and fried rice. All three dishes were very good! Our favorite was the chicken wings- we compared it to Domu's chicken wings- but without the long wait. Our server was very pleasant to talk to. Overall, it was a great dining experience and we will definitely come back to try other dishes. Highly recommended!
The noodles were fine, the pork was so over cooked, dry and tough that it should have NEVER made it out of the kitchen. Really disappointed because this was a high rated place to eat. Glad I tried but I won’t try again.

One word… FANTASTIC! This is the best authentic Japanese food we have tried outside of Japan. The ramen was on point, from the noodles to the broth. Even the egg was done to perfection. The wagyu beef was simply perfect! We are so glad that we live only 5 mins away. This is our new regular Japanese spot.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this Japanese restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their warm hospitality made the atmosphere feel comfortable and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was prepared with care and authentic taste. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality Japanese cuisine.
First off the server was very professional and very personable. I was however extremely disappointed in this food. I got the ramen bowl with chicken and “wagu” beef. I was given undercooked noodles, overcooked chicken to the point of it being crunchy and then the beef which was VERY crunchy on the outside and VERY chewy/tough on the inside. I don’t think they can really do anything to help me personally but hopefully they’ll teach their cook how to cook because he ruined my meal and took 35 bucks from me.

I haven’t had the opportunity to dine in yet but I have gotten takeout a few times now. The first time it was very good but when I got my order the other day the whole experience was terrible. I ordered online through their website which didn’t even have an option for prepay or an accurate wait time for pickup. I received a call from them not knowing it was the restaurant and my phone blocks unknown callers. They did not attempt to leave a voicemail but instead proceeded to call four times and when I finally answered from a different device the gentleman who spoke to me on the phone was very rude. They had been calling to tell me they were out of an item we ordered and instead of recommending a different plate when I asked since my mom is vegetarian he just huffed and said well I can just take it off the order.. like obviously if you don’t have the item you should take it off especially if you’re reluctant to recommend a different plate. Before I could even respond he just hung up. Then when we arrived the order had been sitting there apparently and was cold, I only live 5 mins from them; and when we asked about the fish cakes we added on, whomever I’m assuming was there to give it to us was the same gentleman from the phone, instead of explaining the difference between Japanese fish cake and what is normally thought to be a fish cake, he just said “why don’t you show me a picture of what YOU think a fish cake is supposed to be” and rolled his eyes.
I had really enjoyed the food previously but after the unnecessary sass, hard ingredients, and ignored requests for no spicy, I will never be ordering from there again. Especially knowing the potential of how good it can be from previous visits.

I came to Oodle hoping for a great meal since the atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The gyoza tasted fishy, which was off-putting, and the ramen was pretty lackluster overall. With so many other options around, I don’t think I would come back.

What truly enhanced the experience was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and always with a smile.
