Food and drinks took a while to come out to say it wasn’t them many people at the time. Then I paid with my card and left a cash tip and took all my receipts. A day or so later I see my card have been hit with a nice tip to themselves

Poor service. It was not crowded yet the staff were slow and got the order wrong and then argued with me about it. The chicken noodle soup was bland. Like it came from a can. This place need to step up their game.

I love this place!!! It's my go to EVERY WEEK I FLY!!! JLo and Kaleigh (and the guy that alternates with them) ARE AMAZING!!! I've only had breakfast burrito and wings, but it's really good and ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND INVITING!!! (UNLIKE OTHERS AT MCO)

I had a good experience here today while waiting for our security screening window to open up. Ordered drinks and they were delivered fast. Tried the Vegtable Soup and it was absolutely wonderful. Bartenders and servers were very attentative and provided quick service and were friendly. Good service, good food, cold beer, well the atmosphere...it is in an airport...but they do try to provide a memorable experience. I enjoyed visiting here today!

I’m shocked that this place is still open me my wife and daughter had layover so we decided to go here have a cocktail and something to eat sat down and waited at least 20 minutes before server gave us menus came back 15 minutes later took our order waited another 15 minutes for 3 beers we finished our drinks and was still waiting for our food our food finally came 3 cheese burgers the were worst then McDonald’s and smaller they were so well done you couldn’t even chew them each plate had less then 14 French fries on it people don’t waste your time or money this place sucks
Wow. I should have read the reviews before stopping here. The service was terrible and the waiter was rude. Go next door.

I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. My wife and I visited around 7pm on Sunday night, September 15th. It was not busy. A few people at the bar and a few people at tables. We sat at a table and within a few seconds a server came over and handed us menus. That was the highlight of our visit. A few minutes later he came back over. We both ordered a beer (he told us we had to order the 20oz size because that was the only size he had. True? Who knows?). We tried to also order chicken tenders but apparently that was a bridge to far as he told us “I’ll come back to get your food order”. And that was it. Over the next 20 minutes we sat there as we watched him walk past us multiple times. At the 20 minute mark I finally said (as he walked past us again) “excuse me we still haven’t gotten our water”. He reply “I’ll get that for you right now”. My response “forget it. We’re leaving”. We got up and walked over to Romano’s right next door. The service was much better! And we even got water, beer and food in less time than we sat at Orlando City Pub. Take my advice until they do something to improve the abysmal service avoid this place. The airport has lots of other places to eat. Go there. Go anywhere. Just don’t go here.

Worst place. I never expect much more than mediocre at an airport, but this place just sucks! Zero atmosphere. I can't speak for the food or drinks because I didn't even get served. I sat down. It wasn't very busy. The terrible red haired barkeep lady ignored me. I looked at the menu. Two ladys walked in and stood next to me, and the terrible redhead barkeep lady said 'welcome in' to them. Took their IDs and their order. Served them. I was more than ready to order at this point. She walked right passed me to some other folk that seemed to have been there for hours to ask if they were ok and if they needed anything else. I left. The terrible red haired barkeep lady didn't even notice. Can't believe I'm even wasting my time leaving a review after wasting my time entering this establishment!! At least I have plenty of time to kill. Only 4 hours and 20 minutes to go until flight departs!
