The only reason I’m giving this two stars is because I liked the waiter. Food was terrible. They no longer have the same menu and are trying out all these different things that should not go together. Their ranch doesn’t taste like ranch. They no longer have the brussel sprouts, deviled eggs or the calamari, which is what I just drove across town to try. I’m pregnant and was so excited about this. Had to opt out for the wedge salad, which came with roasted tomatoes instead of just plain tomatoes (confused my brain of eating a bad tasting pasta). Again, the ranch was crap. Wedge didn’t come with bacon. Wings had super weird flavors. Horrible experience. Stick to the old menu so you can have more time to focus on the coffee and ice cream. I think y’all are overdoing it. Oh, and homemade ranch is ALWAYS better!

Great food and service in a pleasant setting (although, as in many places, the seats are uncomfortable). Swine & Son's food operation is top-notch. I especially enjoyed the house pastrami -- smokey and just the right amount of spice. My friend praised her smashburger.

Decided to try The milkhouse for a casual datenight and was very much delighted. The honey biscuits were delicious, it's a shame it's only one per order but oh well. I had been craving a REAL burger for weeks and the smash burger did not disappoint. It was big, it was savory, and it was simple. Finally the seasonal pecan pumpkin ice cream was great for me, my girlfriend not so much lol. I look forward to my next visit!

Excellent food! Smash burgers are top tier here. Either the regular or the OK one which has onions on it,they are both great! Chicken biscuit is amazing as well. Fries were hot and crunchy. They have foxtail coffee available ans Kelly's ice cream. Can't miss at this spot,something for everyone in the family. Definitely worth the 💰 Will be back and be a regular at this place
This is a great place, with four fantastic companies and a great vibe under one roof. The service was great, everything came out quickly and accurately, and with a heaping helping of friendliness. Smashburgers are delicious, you can't go wrong with one of those.

Three restaurants in one? Sign me up! (It may be four, I'm bad at math) Great selection of beers, friendly atmosphere, tasty food stuffs (yay for interesting ice cream!), electric crowd, and it's all a part of the fabulous Milk District (if that wasn't obvious).
Parking: Get there early, as the small lot can fill up quickly.

Love everything about this little place that I found on my drive home. It has a Foxtel coffee inside really cool. And I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich that has papaya on it and oh my God it is so good. The staff is so delightful.
