Nice restaurant in old town orlando. It's a great place for lunch and it happens to be right off the park it's open for lunch and dinner and has a nice patio to enjoy the beautiful weather of central Florida

Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible through the front entrance

But what really made this place special and a designated brunch spot for my husband and I was the fact that Mia put us waitress was so kind and patient with us! If you ever go to this location please ask for Mia she is so genuine and helpful!

We visited Orlando from England at the beginning of march for 10 days. We found this delightful cafe/restaurant sitting next to Lake Eola in Lake Eola park. It is bistro, not full service a le carte. Even so, the meals served were lovely, the drinks and cocktails good and the waiting staff very friendly and helpful. But that's America for you. Waiting staff are dependant on tips unlike in England and that setup makes American waiting staff extremely friendly and efficient whereas in England they have a minimum living wage, are not so dependant on tips and that shows in their attitude and treatment of customers. Anyway, I digress. Osphere lies between the road and the lake. It has a sit down area inside (if the weather is bad) and a lovely terrace outside overlooking Lake Eola. Wait times were minimal, the food excellent. My wife had 2 cocktails and rode the bus back to Cypress Pointe very tipsy. I had two Guinness's and was less so. Altogether, I think we used this place 3 times, we were that happy. Be careful of eateries in International Drive, they are expensive and suspect. We dined at an "all you can eat" brazilian place called Cafe Mineiro Brazilian Steakhouse. My wife had the cold buffet and I had the warm one. By 2am I was nauseous and by 7am I was as sick as a dog. The food was extremely fatty (inedible) and I wish that I had checked their reviews before going as I'm not the only one. I lost a whole day to it. Was it food poisoning, you be the judge. I wouldn't go back there and if you have sense, read their reviews first. In closing I couldn't give osphere any higher recommendation than saying it was good enough to get on the bus for 45mins just to go there! A beatiful place staffed by lovely people.

My best friend and I stopped by Osphere for Happy Hour and had a pretty good experience overall. Parking can sometimes be a concern in downtown Orlando, but we lucked out with street parking right in front of the restaurant. If that hadn’t worked out, there’s a parking garage just around the corner, which is convenient.

Since the weather was perfect, we opted for outdoor seating, which made for a lovely atmosphere. I started with a lemon drop martini, which was refreshing. We shared buffalo wings, which were just okay, along with loaded nachos. My friend ordered the shrimp tempura. The food overall was decent—nothing extraordinary, but good for the price, especially during Happy Hour.

If you’re looking for a casual spot with reasonable Happy Hour deals near Lake Eola, Osphere is worth checking out. The service was solid, and the setting, especially outdoors, is a nice touch. Would I rush back for the food? Probably not. But for drinks and a relaxed vibe, it’s a good option.

As for attention, they take a long time to assign you a place.
But then the waiter was very attentive.
And as for hygiene, they should be more careful since we had dirty glasses as well as one of the sushi dishes...what I really liked was the location

The food was delicious, the waiter was very attentive and friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was the cleanliness of the glasses and utensils.

As a server I know what is not only good service but decent service and from the moment we walked in, it was just an awful experience. I had to flag down a waiter for service. She finally brings us out menus and water and we don’t see her again for another 30mins til we ultimately decide that this is by far the worst service and we will not likely see her again or get our food orders in time for the brunch menu. By far the worst service we’ve received in Orlando. The host had no idea what he was doing. The servers are no where to be found or willing to help guests looking around, clearly waiting for help. The environment itself was lively which is what called us over. But that’s the only good thing about this place. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great Time at The Osphere

We had an amazing time at The Osphere! Nikky, our server, was fantastic—super attentive and made sure everything was just right. We tried the Eola Old Fashioned, Swan Paloma, Tuna Tartare, Volcano Roll, Scallop Risotto, and Hawaiian Ribeye. Every dish was delicious, especially the ribeye and risotto. The Key Lime Pie was the perfect sweet ending.

One little hiccup: the starters came before the drinks, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we can’t wait to go back!

Obviously great location. The sushi was not that good and the server didn't really know about the menu and was rushing us. Very kind host.

Great location at the lake. We came for happy hour to enjoy food at the great location. Unfortunately the food did not taste good. The flatbread was undercooked, the tuna was not good either neither were our wings. We had a friendly server who gave us a refund for some of the food. Would not recommend!
The only reason for 2 stars was the service

I have had mixed experiences here. I had a couple of good dinners and their happy hour is worthwhile going to. But the last two times I have gone there the food has been subpar. We had not great service for dinner there tonight and the pasta was terrible.
