Food was delicious. Would highly recommend the carpaccio and the tortelloni. Had Brandi as a server and she was phenomenal. All her recommendations were on point and my husband and appreciated her attentiveness. Will definitely be back ❤️

I can't say enough good things about this place! We visited during the soft opening. The food is amazing!! Everything tasted homemade and had so much flavor. We ordered the foccacia bread, mozzarella sticks and the lasagna (it was shaped like pinwheels, like cinnamon sticks -- very unique presentation!). All the drinks we ordered were great as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful -- especially Manny at the bar, who was able to get a table for my wife and I during the bustling soft opening week!! Definitely recommend!!

Ran into what I consider to be a predatory practice going on that tarnished an otherwise good experience.
Upon arrival the server brings two empty water glasses to my wife and I and asks if we would like still or sparkling water. We say sure we'll take sparkling. The menu does not say how much this costs and the server does not offer this information, despite volunteering the option for sparkling.
Turns out we got charged $18 for two bottles of sparkling water which is quite exorbitant.
We brought this up with the server and then with the manager and they agreed to take 1 of the 2 bottles off, however upon arriving at home and reviewing the receipt, the total still reflected the inclusion of the full price of two.
The last thing I want to do when I go out is to have to keep my wits about me so make sure I am not being preyed upon, but unfortunately that is what this came to.
Now I will have to monitor my credit card statement to make sure this clears properly after they run the tip, and when it inevitably doesn't clear properly, I will have waste my time making calls about it.
Attached is the redacted receipt showing the how the total at the bottom does not match what I should be charged.

Wow.. what a shame. Saturday night at 10:05pm and i arrive to the Osteria eager to try it because I’m a long time Thornton Park resident and well this site has been haunted with terrible options. Eager to try the food and with the restaurant relatively full, they turned us down and let us know the kitchen closed at 9:30pm. Saturday night, downtown Orlando and you close your kitchen at 9:30pm? I guess you want to continue you the trend at this doomed restaurant site. Good luck Good Salt.

Great experience and only in soft opening. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Soft opening so no res but came in at 6:00 and asked for a table for 2. We were taken outside which was great in this weather and with everything going on at Eola but probably should have asked if outside ok. Our server was excellent and attentive and knew the menu very well. Made some great drink recommendations and later helped us with the wine. Wine list is all Italian and organized by region so a fun diversion from then usual light to full bodied. Pacing was good and everything we had was really well done. Focaccia was fresh from the oven and delicious. Waygu carpaccio with and aoli was great. Great selection of entrees. Sea bream with tapenade and spaghetii with large serving of clams in the shell was excellent. A couple of visits from manager Danny were appreciated and the food runners were friendly. Not surprising knowing the restaurant family but the whole experience was just right. Cannoli trio and house made limoncello was a great end to the evening. An awesome addition to the neighborhood.

The food and atmosphere were both excellent. The food was clearly fresh and handmade pastas as advertised. Cocktails were good. My only critique was the service was so-so and likely more of a new restaurant growing pains. Everyone was very friendly but server was hard to find and seemed to have a chopper up section that kept her from being accessible. Probably would have had another round of drinks and a dessert if it wasnt for the extended gaps in visitations to us or our area.
All in all, a very good experience and we will be going back. Betting service gets better in time.

Amazing experience! The food is reminiscent of restaurants you would find in NYC and Rome. From the innovative cocktails, the delicious appetizers, and nostalgic but elevated entrees, we enjoyed every bite! Can’t wait to come back, Orlando needed this!

The moment you step inside you feel like you are at your nonno’s house. The ambiance is very cozy and welcoming! The service was spectacular, our waitress Maddie was amazing and so knowledge and passionate about the menu.
The food overall was delicious but some dishes have opportunity for improvement. We tried a little bit of everything! For appetizers we ordered the Pizette (which was a small 4 slices of delicious pesto bread) and the Gnocco Fritto (which was a deconstructed fried wonton with cheese and prosciutto). Personally, I’d skip the Gnocco. We then ordered the Caesar salad which was quite bland and no one offered crushed pepper. It has potential but needs some work to be worth $12. For the main course, we ordered the Gnocchi Sardo, Beef Raised Tortelloni, Pacherri Alla Vodka and the Lasagna Rotollo. Our waitress mentioned the noodles are homemade and the flour is purchased from Italy and you can absolutely taste the difference. Our entrees were absolutely phenomenal, except the Gnocchi. The gnocchi is very bland and needs some seasoning/recipe tweaking to be something people will go back for. However, the lasagna is large pinwheels of delicious beef and cheese, the braised beef is earthy and cozy and the vodka is creamy and spicy! We then ended the night with tiramisu and the gelato trio. The gelato trio comes out in one single bowl which creates a mixed flavor mess after some time. I would have preferred three small bowls so you can easily taste the different flavors.
Overall the restaurant is a must try for your next girls dinner or date night. And I will be back the next time I’m in the mood for a cozy dinner out that feels like you’re at home!

Osteria Ester is truly a five-star experience! As we walked in from the pouring rain outside, we were greeted with a warm and cozy, familiar vibe. Our original booking was for patio seating, but due to the rain they accommodated us with an indoor table instead. Our party of eight ordered family style, so we were able to try a variety of the dishes, and every single bite was superb. The standouts are definitely the Braised Beef Tortelloni, Lasagna Rotolo, and Butterscotch Budino. The service was impeccable!

Another Italian restaurant? Well this one is different than most. The food quality was top notch. Everything is basically handmade. There are unique twists to classic dishes. We sat at the bar, There’s a separate bar entry with bar bites but we had full access to the menu. There’s a parking garage in the same building. They put a lot into remodeling. It’s a beautiful space.
