After having a bad experience, I was very shocked to have the manager call me and apologize for everything. She even gave me a full refund even tho I was not expecting anything but an apologize. Kudos to the staff.

Steaks are super small the portions are not worth what you pay for ! Service was okay but the server keeps coming every minute I felt bothered for a second! Atmosphere was pretty sad with the low lights and decors are outdated! About the steak it does taste frozen no taste at all !

I swing by this Outback a couple times a week, and honestly, these folks never miss. The steak comes out juicy as a roo in the wet season — absolute perfection, mate.
Only thing is… they sometimes chuck on enough salt to season the entire Outback. 😂 No dramas though — I just tell ’em “easy on the salt, ya legends,” and they sort me right out.
Top crew, top service, top feed. If you’re after a proper hearty meal, this spot’s the real deal. Cheers, mates! 🍻🔥🇦🇺

Very disappointed with the service at this Outback location. The restaurant was busy, but the bartender disappeared to the back while guests stood waiting. We were there to celebrate a birthday, but after waiting far too long with no service or acknowledgment, we decided to leave and go to another place down the street. Definitely not what I’d expect from Outback.

If I could give zero stars I would. First time going today with plenty of empty tables we were walked by the host to seat LITERALLY in the kitchen entrance. Then we noticed a both open right next to the bar and the 2 servers there we COMPLETELY RUDE. Not spending a PENNY in this particular location. WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE & VETERANS
Haven’t been to outback in forever and had a great time with the wife, Estefan was a very attentive and amazing server, we’ll be sure to come back.

Love how easy it is to order on the app and grab curbside pickup! The To-Go team is excellent, and the food’s hot and fresh every time. It’s a great spot for tourists after a long day at Universal, but we’re locals and come here all the time. Definitely our go-to Outback! 🍴

My main review and the very high score goes to the person (black younger lady) on 9/24/25 doing the take out orders around 12:30pm. She got me in and out and took the initiative to walk out to my car and help me (I hadn’t checked in through text yet because I assumed the food wasn’t ready due to me ordering late). Truly saved me during my lunch- hopefully she is the manager or owner. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
