I was very disappointed in the service at this location. We had to wait quite a while before our server even showed up to take our drink orders. The place isn't even that busy, there was 3 other tables besides ours in the section. I watched multiple servers walk past us, and it wasn't until the manager came up to us that we were even addressed. Our server then came out and took our full order and then disappeared. She did bring our drinks out, and said she would be back with bread, but never reappeared to our table with said bread. The manager came over again and checked in, and only then did we get our bread. My girlfriend and I definitely didn't feel welcome our entire time dining. I love Outback Steakhouse, but will not be visiting this location again.

Waitress was very nice but I had to wait 10 minutes for a mac and cheese that I ordered with my plate waited 20 minutes for a manager are you guys for real? This is on international drive where tourists are most of the time. Not a good experience 👎🏻
Restaurant was busy and slightly more dated than other Outbacks I've been to. But I have to say everything else was very good especially the service

Worst experience of my entire life. I don’t leave reviews normally and if I do they are positive. This Outback has the worst food, service and atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. As an Orlando native I was extremely disappointed!!! The table next to me got cleared and they out all of the food next to us. The table tipped and fell onto us. Glass, ketchup, excess food, all over us. Totally an accident we were not upset at all!! It’s what happens afterward that upset us. They took 10-20 minutes to come check on us afterwards. Our server said in the most sarcastic tone “do you even WANT to order food now?” Considering it was 10:30pm and we had nowhere else to go we politely said yes. Our salads came, we opened our silverware and there was rice in between my bfs fork and spinach on my knife. We tried to grab the manager but it appeared the staff was laughing at us! Not to mention in the bathrooms someone pooped on the floor and the staff seemed mad I told them! Wild experience will never go back.

Yamid was our server tonight, he was amazing. Very attentive and got everything to us in a timely manner. Yamid cracked a couple jokes with us and made my little cousins birthday one to remember! :)
