I just had the most delightful time at this location. The manager is spectacular. Her name is Roz originally my son and I ordered the steak and lobster and we ordered it medium. Well it came out a little more well done than we liked upon hearing that she came, she took up the steaks. She went in the kitchen herself and made the steaks. They were amazingly magnificent. The delicious lobster just dissolves in your mouth. Everything was fantastic and on top of that to put the cherry on the cake, the dessert was good business. What a good restaurant, what good service our server he was phenomenal as well. This was a delightful experience. I will give this a solid 10 from service to the food to the ambience to the atmosphere. It was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things.Kid-friendliness: The staff seems really patient and loving toward children.

Horrible service, they forgot starters, they give me a dessert I din’t order (and it was my birthday) ,they never cleaned our table, they literally give us the payment tool for us to pay ourselves and leave. We were very gentle and the employee too but was not a good service. Also never give me bowls for my foods. They only came 3 times to our table and we were there for 3hrs. The employee was a girl with braids and dark skin.
Steak was dry and tough ribs was fatty and burnt...blooming onions was burnt had to replace and those were greesy...$75.00 down the drain
