Stopped here for lunch while waiting to check in to our hotel. It was so delicious, service was awesome. Our server Chris was so friendly and helpful. We had the blooming onion of course, prime rib dip and a chicken burger, with wedge salad. It was all so good. Portions are big.

Lost our order and tried to blame us. Maybe part of your Job should be checking recipes to make sure people are taking the right order, especially if all you do is yell out the number in a business concororce. It's an airport - get your shit together.

Quick and friendly service. Food was cooked to my liking. Place was a little packed but I was seated rather quickly. Look for Celimar as your host, she is great!

Take-away took 30-40 minutes wait to make a salad. We chose the table-away menu because we didn't have much time, but it was longer and there was no service.

Had breakfast, supposed to come with potatoes it came with fries at 7 in morning. 2 small pieces of bacon. The one piece of toast was grilled on grill and tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich! Don’t recommend for breakfast that’s for sure !

Buyer Beware! This location is grossly understaffed. We waited for about 20 minutes to be served until we saw a QR code on the table that allowed us to order online. Mistakenly we thought that would speed things along. Nope. It was over an hour until we actually saw food. We saw patrons leave in frustration because they weren’t being served fast enough. They probably had a flight to catch. We felt sorry for the poor staff that had to deal with bad management decisions to understaff the place to squeeze more profits. We won’t be back.

The waiter and staff were really rude. We waited for 10 mins in the front before anyone spoke to us. Then when we asked for a table he said he’s gonna go check and never came back. We spent a total of 20 mins and got nowhere. Never coming back.

This restaurant is a disaster, cold welcome from the waitress, out of 4 meats only 1 is available!
But the best thing is that I was given plastic cutlery, impossible to cut the meat which was tough! Unacceptable!!! They still wanted me to tip 22% 😂 10% was enough!

Don't do takeout via the QR code. We waited for 1 hour and ended up having to request a refund; never got the food because the order apparently didn't go through, even though both staff members said it did. Waste of valuable time on a travel day. Never again. 0/10 Do not recommend.

Our flight was delayed 3 hours. It was a good thing because the service was painfully slow and half of our food came out room temperature. I feel like I should note it looked nothing like the menu photos. There are much better choices in this terminal if you’re in hurry or just plain have taste buds.

We sat down at the table and the waitress, instead of serving us, started talking to her work partner. We called her because we were in a hurry, and she insisted on not serving us and asking us to wait while she talked a little more. We left without eating or drinking anything, because there was no one to serve us.

!WAIT TIME IS LONG IF YOU HAVE A FLIGHT TO CATCH!
Seated a little before 9:30am, we weren't in a rush since we arrived at the airport early. Tried to order through the QR code, but it directed us to wait for the server at the submission page. We waited for the server for a while, and when she arrived, she was very nice and welcoming (the only star is for her). We ordered one signature omelet and a simple bacon egg breakfast.

By 10am, nothing had been served. We asked the kitchen how long it would take, hoping we could rush down the food if it was already being prepared, but they had no idea. We had to leave due to hunger and ended up needing extra time to get fast food at another location before boarding.

Filet mignon looked like it was cooked in a microwave, also bad quality meat. $40 down the drain, McDonald is a Michelin star restaurant compared to this dog food.
