We checked the reviews here and they were not good. Running late and against our better judgment took a chance anyways. Server took our order pretty quickly and the food arrived quite soon we thought. My bacon cheeseburger with everything was hot and tasty. The fries were hot and salted right as well. My wife’s chicken tenders were hot and well seasoned as well. Fries were good and she got Broccoli, carrot, zucchini mix for a veggie and there were very good. With 2 sodas it was $57 with tip. So at least for this meal we give it 2 thumbs up!

Plastic knives and cutlery at a steak place is laughable. Then, a cart full of insecticides and cleaning solvent was pushed through the dining room right past our table. We had a no dairy request at our table and the server did not understand what dairy was in and asked us about butter, sour cream, and cheese with disbelief. I guess the food was ok and edible, and it was a place to sit in this terminal but that’s about all. The final straw: none of outbacks famous bread. I can’t believe outback is ok with this location being so much lower quality.Dietary restrictions: Not great service at understanding “no dairy”

Ordering off of a QR code and having a server drop off food isn’t service with a mandatory 18%. The manager was wonderful but the server was awful.

Food took over a hour and a half to come. I barely got any fries, it was also cold and soggy. Would not recommend this place☹️

We Ordered two yogurt parfaits 8$ each for my kids. When they finished their small overpriced snack sized yogurt cups, I noticed these pre-packaged yogurt cups had been expired for over a week. These are the kind of things found in the trash behind a convenience store.I also ordered a mushroom and spinach omelette, which looked pretty sad overall and arrived with no mushrooms. Maybe there were no mushrooms available because when they raided the neighbouring restaurant trash for supplies they couldn’t find them today.Worst food experience of my vacation.Manager dresses like he’s running an upscale steakhouse, when in reality, old pajamas would be sufficient represent his business more accurately.

Unfortunately, we did not get to experience the food or the atmosphere because of the pitiful service at the door. An elderly lady was standing at the lectern out front, and we soon learned she either had a terrible attitude or, at the very least, was having a very bad day. She asked for my husband's name, to which he replied "Kent." She barked back "Ken or Kent". He confirmed his name. She then asked for a phone number. As travellers from Canada, our phones were without SIM cards and so we told her we could not be reached by phone. She sighed, then threw her hands up in disgust, rudely gestured to a bench behind her and said, "Well, go sit over there and we'll try to find you." Timidly, I attempted to ask if they take meal vouchers that we had been given due to a delayed flight. Again, the attitude appeared as she replied in frustration, "Do I need to take your vouchers. . .NOOOO" and yes she dragged out the word. I then attempted to clarify as to whether or not the restaurant accepted them and, of course, she rudely cut me off to tell me that yes, they accept them. . .which she knew is what I meant to begin with. Exasperated and puzzled, as we had not come looking for a fight, my husband and I just looked at each other and walked away with our two children. We were disappointed as one of the Air Transat attendants had recommended this restaurant. If this individual treats all visitors the way she treated us, you will soon find yourselves without customers. You lost 4 customers due to her disgraceful behaviour, and we were planning to use as much as possible of our $200 in vouchers. Manners matter, and I was embarrassed for her that my children had to witness an adult of advanced age demonstrating the maturity of a toddler. This happened on Thursday, March 28th, our last day in Florida.

I had a rib eye at Orlando Air and steak was tough, but the ultimate disaster was a plastic fork and knife, you people are a real bunch of morons, I have been eating at outback for years but that's the last time cause your food is always great, what a let down.

I ordered at the takeaway window and this was literally $29.00. After ordering and waiting about 20 mins and then I went to the window to check on it and she advised me that the big QR poster out front isn’t working so she would have to hand order my food. After recieving it this is what a Brisbane ceasar salad with no croutons and an extra 5oz chicken looked like. I worked at Outback for over 10 years and I know that this is not the qualify of food that they are used to producing, it’s a shame that this place is giving Outback a bad name.

Not the Outback experience I would expect from the chain. To be fair, the cut of beef I had was decent... Cooked as requested (med rare) and tasty for a sirloin. The atmosphere and service, on the other hand, were sub par. Our waitress came by, but we hadn't decided on drinks yet, howvere she didn't come by again for at least 15 minutes. Several people around us had ordered and were eating before we had a chance to order. She never checked in, never asked if we wanted more drinks, we had to ask for the bill... Just a general disinterest that happens when there is little competition (being in an airport). The atmosphere was fine... Nothing special. Could use an update, as it looks like the day it opened in the early 90's I'm guessing. The worst part was the music, which apparently also came with the place, as out ears were pounder by a non-stop 90's techno Playlist.Would I eat here again? Meh... There are probably better choices to get some decent food and save your money

Waiting 55 minutes for a literally cold chicken and salad and still paying almost $20 is unacceptable.

Ordered takeout breakfast here to save some time, ending up waiting HALF AN HOUR to get it. You could sit down in a real brunch restaurant outside the airport, order, get the food and finish within that timeframe if you are fast. This is just ridiculous. If you are in a hurry, try Starbucks or Burger King or something else.

Slow, inattentive, slow- which you can’t be in an airport environment. Shouldn’t even be under the Outback umbrella as it’s not anywhere near the same quality. Try eating your sirloin with a plastic knife. There’s typical airport places… and then there’s this. And I saw the bartender scoop ice from the well with a glass cup, which is a huge liability and bartending 101. Did I mention slow?

TERRIBLE service! Don't waste your time. You feel the racism, we are Mexicans and they treated us very badly. The Americans were attended to first although they arrived later. We spent 1hr15 waiting for the food and it was amazing. I don't recommend it at all. Go to burger king or any other. What a disappointment.
