There was one particular time where I placed an order for delivery but the website flicked it back to pick-up and I didn’t realize it. I called the Orlando location and explained what happened and that I was in a wheelchair and didn’t drive and therefore couldn’t pick it up and Murphy, who was a part of the management team made arrangements for another gentleman from the management team to drive over to my house and bring me my food. I apologize that I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who brought me the food but what an exceptional management team who went above and beyond for me. Forget about 5 stars, they deserve 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

My partner and I recently went to this location to celebrate our 7 year anniversary. When we arrived there was nobody at the front to greet us. We stood there and waited for about 5 or so minutes and I’m pretty sure I saw the person who sat us come from the bathroom so I totally understand that. The issue we had was that not one… not two… but THREE managers were walking around and just looking at us standing there. When we were seated we waited another 15-20 minutes before the waiter even showed up to greet us and take our drink orders. We had already decided what we wanted to eat since we had so much time but it felt like he practically ran away right after we put in the drink order. The appetizer came before we even had drinks and a two different people brought both the drinks and the appetizer. We had to flag our waiter down just to ask for more sauce. Someone else brought us all our food after we were finally able to order and we waited another 30 minutes before seeing our waiter again. My partner had to flag him down to ask for the bill. He never even came to ask how we were doing when we got the food. We got seated around 6:30 pm and they were no where near busy. We didn’t even get to leave until after 8 pm because we could hardly get the staff to pay attention to us. (We also heard most of the staff laughing in the back while most tables were left alone. We watched another customer across the restaurant get up to bring someone to his table.) We were even going to order dessert but the meal felt so unending and we just wanted to go home. The food came out pretty quickly and tasted just fine though!!! I however think that the overall service, especially on our anniversary was just pathetic. The food was fine but definitely not anything worth it… We probably won’t be back.

I did a pick up order during lunch and the two people to help me today had the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile : Joe was so was super friendly and kept up good conversation while still being efficient and Brianna the hostess was very helpful and friendly as well . No good value options. Their fried food is often too salty and makes you feel incredibly parched. I ordered the blooming onion and mushrooms. The Prime sandwich was okay, but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere like Ale House for the quality and variety of food. $25-$30 per meal and the quality/variety just isn't there. Our server also forgot a lot of orders. I won't be here again unless it's with family or friends.

Hmmm...haven't been in a while and decided to go back(gift card). I guess the day was corporate day because you could tell there was a lot of people inspecting and asking employees questions. You would think it would have been top notch with the boss's around but not really...food was just ok🤷$30 steak was mostly fat/gristle and medium well cook was medium at best. Wife's food was room temp and broccoli was not cooked properly. Sad because we used to go here ALL THE TIME!!!!! Service was great though! Oh well...
