I really want to love this place because the food is consistently wonderful, but the service has become a recurring issue. We arrived at around 8:45pm when it wasn't busy at all. After being seated, it took over 15 minutes to even get a drink order started. We were promised bread, and it only arrived after we asked the food runner - who was incredibly helpful and also corrected a missing side dish for us. We were also never offered any refills. Our waiter Eli was very friendly, but we’ve had him twice in a row and experienced the same long waits and forgotten items both times. He's great at being welcoming, but the actual table service just seems to fall through the cracks.

God is good All the TIME

We ordered the Chicken and Steak Blooming Bundle for four, and the portions were incredibly disappointing. The salad barely fed two people, they included only one loaf of bread, one tiny container of barbecue sauce, and everything felt skimpy and poorly prepared.

The service made the experience even worse. It genuinely felt like we were bothering our server just by placing an order. Between the lackluster portions and the dismissive attitude, this visit was unacceptable.

We will not be returning to this Outback location.

My father and I stopped for and early dinner
He ordered the prime rib medium rare fries and a salad.
I ordered the 8oz sirloin and half slab of ribs with rice and salad.
After waiting over 30 minutes for food to come out (not at a busy time). My father’s food was cold.
My food was cold. Waitress took it all back to the kitchen.
When they brought the food back out my dad’s prime rib was medium.
As I. Am taking a bite of the ribs there is a 5 inch hair that was cooked into the sauce on my ribs. to mention the seasonings they put on the steak had so much pepper in it. My mouth was on fire. needless to say, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant management seem like they did not care even had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to order more food after finding hair in it

It’s one thing to have to wait 50 minutes for your food on a Tuesday night. It’s a whole other thing to wait, then have two of three steaks come out the wrong way (medium rare instead of medium; well instead of medium), and then to have your waitress be irritated and judgy about both the excessive wait time and about fixing it… and when it finally comes out again, it’s still not cooked right!
On another occasion, I came here and was seated and proceeded to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to take my order.
Also, the steak seasoning has recently been changed; you must order without seasoning.
They comped 1 meal, so I’ll give them that, but it was not because they wanted to.

I have been burned too many times now and will not be back, which is sad because my family enjoyed this restaurant until recently.

First time going there for a dinner with family and probably last to start when we got seated our server was polite introduce himself and said the bread is already put in and will arrive shortly took our drinks and left. A runner brought our drinks then after a few minutes have past by no bread so server comes back takes our appetizer and I asked him about the. Bread he said it’s in and they will bring it out when ready. So a few minutes past by our appetizer arrive and still no bread so we finish the appetizer and he came back to take our dinner orders I asked him our bread is still not arrived he said let me go check on that he left came back with 2 breads and apologized for the delayed and left again left me hanging to order. So when he finally came back we ordered our food and he left. Awhile later our dinner arrives by the runner and we start eating first the steaks were dry, the fries were extremely overly salty and the bread wasn’t even warm. Almost half way threw our meal we noticed we never received half of our on trays for tree of our meals that had 2 we only got one. So servers gets close but never came to the table to check on us not even one time he went to the table behind me and front but never our table. Once we finished eating and were all done he comes by you want desert I told him no I’m ready for my check he tells me I can check out on the kiosk I tell him about my missing on trays and that I will like a discount for all 3 plates that I bought. He was like I can’t give you the whole meal free I told him no I just want a discount since I didn’t receive half our stuff well I can give it to you and take it home. I had one Brocolie salad and 2 mash potatoes. I told him what am I going to do with 2 cold mash potato’s I didn’t want them since we finished eating and he has the nerves to ask me why didn’t you tell the runner when he brought you the food I told him how am I supposed to know when my found will be brought out. Then he was like well best I can do is take $5 off each plate total 3 plates $15. I told him that’s fine just take there order and my order seperate basically two different group orders since we were 4. He split the bill in half iñat that point I was just over it. I only saw my server a hand full of times and never around my food or never he would come by to check if the food is good or nothing. This was my first time going there fo my bday I talked to the manager Kassandra and all I got was vouchers with some you required to purchase food to get something free. Or wanted to give me a free desert I told her I didn’t want nothing special just wanted to enjoy my diner And the way our server was probably won’t go back again. When I went to long horn’s our server got us everything super fast and was always on top of us making sure everything was good if we wanted refills on drinks or bread. The steak was perfect and juicy complete opposite from tonight’s experience.

Update 1.17.26:
The waitress was very attentive, great service, but the food was ok-ish. Chicken was juicy, a little spicy but portions were smaller than I thought. Fries also where too salty. The dessert, the brownie part need some work too.

The experience was great, the waiter was very attentive and what I ate was ok. Just wished the grilled chicken being more tasty. Nevertheless was not bad neither.
