We’ve come to this Outback a couple times in the past and it was pretty bad experience. We wouldn’t even have our drinks taken for 45 minutes until a manager came and took care of us. We stopped going for a couple of months but took a gamble tonight. One of the best experiences I’ve had! Our waiter, Jackson, was awesome and had a great personality while taking our order. We explained to him our past experiences and how great it’s been tonight and how surprised we are. Everything was done in a timely manner and the food was excellent! The kitchen tonight was on their A game, for sure. Will definitely be coming back after this!

Have tried to give it multiple chances but seems like it is either service or food quality that lacks in each visit. We have ordered take out and have found the take out server sitting outside with the food ready for who knows how long prior to arrival and by the time the food is in the car the burger buns are soggy and fries are limp. Another time I went and it took over 20 minutes to be able to pay because the take out person "didn't know" I was going to pay for my order upon arrival even when I checked that option when ordering online. Most recently, this valentine's day we tried their 4 course special and I ordered the salmon with baked potato and house salad. The dressing I ordered for my salad was incorrect and when I opened the foil my "loaded" baked potato it was just a potato smothered in salt to the point that the salt rubbed off on the salmon and made it inedible. My husband's steak had a bunch of burnt fries as well. Can't believe I paid $60 for that. I have even provided direct feedback to Outback but seems like they don't care so we will just try the other restaurants in the area since there are tons.

We’ve been to several Outbacks over the years, but our server Edward made this location in particular our favorite! We came in an hour before closing and regardless of time, Edward was so pleasant and kind! He made great recommendations and was incredibly attentive throughout our meal - refilling our drinks and engaging in conversations with us as well. The food all came out so quickly and perfectly cooked! Major thank you Edward for making our night out so great!

We like Outback and eat there often. Neither of us wanted a huge steak so we ordered a 13 ounce boneless ribeye, with two extra sides, and shared it. It was delicious, the steak was cooked exactly the way we like it, was tender and flavorful. Friend got Caesar salad and loaded mashed potatoes, I got the sweet potato and bleu cheese pecan chopped salad. My only gripe was that the salad wasn't really chopped, but I managed anyway, lol!The wait person was cheerfully accommodating and brought an extra dinner plate and a second loaf of their really yummy brown bread.We're happy that this location is in our neighborhood and we'll be back!

I’m not sure who I spoke to, it was around 2:32. I ordered through grubhub and this sweet guy called asking if I had a delivery driver yet. He told me if I didn’t get assigned a driver, he would do it for me. ????that’s so kind. I just wanted to say I appreciate him and to let you know that you have a good one on your hands. Hope he has a wonderful life. The food was also delicious

Edward our server was fantastic!Helped with the menu and was very attentive without being over bearing.Food was great as always.Recommend this Outback and ask for Edward.
They have a Michelin Star chef who only serves the finest cuts of gourmet meat. Two thumbs up. By Eber and Roper. ??

Janira was an excellent server and bartender. She was working several tables and the bar all at once. She maintained a friendly and professional demeanor the entire time. It was a busy Friday evening when I came in to sit at the bar. She was very attentive and I look forward to coming back to this Outback location in the future.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a very good experience tonight. We ordered the steakhouse burgers with a side of steakhouse Mac and cheese. The burgers tasted like McDonald’s quality and the Mac was ice cold. Our waiter was friendly, and the manager was nice and took care of it for us. Maybe it was an off night but definitely expect higher quality food for the price. Not sure if we will be back.
