Our server, Edwin was extremely attentive! Manager, Melissa, checked in three times to welcome and be sure food was ok!! We both ordered Victoria’s filet, and it was tender and juicy! Restaurant was clean and everyone was pleasant including the hostess who seated us to the server who brought warm, delicious bread! Great experience! Def would be a fav if we lived here!PS- Edwin, you sound like Adam Sandler!!!

The food was at the regular Outback standards. The service was atrocious. The sever was working but it is clear she was overwhelmed. We waited 15 minutes after being seated for her. No one came over at all. She was super nice. But took our orders and nothing happened. 15 minutes --no water or bread-- nothing. Got up to the host stand and asked, then the manager had to bring us water. 30 minutes for water! We actually got our salads moments before the water arrived. The food came out well and promptly. Then... the wait for the check. 10 minutes. It was wrong. 20 more minutes. The right check. Getting asked if we needed the card machine. Yes. 10 minutes. Nothing. Went to the host stand and finally helped. 30-40 minutes to pay a check and again only action because we asked. Please get more servers!

Great Outback. Came in the mid afternoon, sat immediately and had great steak dinners. Outback has always been a favorite but it’s been a while - still going strong. Medium rare is exactly as it should be, loaded potatoes and upgraded salad was extra tasty.
Our server Carol was fantastic. She answered all my questions and put in all my modifications perfectly. She deserves a raise!! Such a shame the bar top was so empty, everyone needs to experience her exuberant attitude!!!
