The young people that work here have the best attitude and kind spirits. Mr Dennis is pretty awesome. I will return even though I’m not local.
Now, about the food. We ordered pork chops, fries, green beans, yellow rice, cabbage and peach cobbler. We couldn’t finish it all. We had to save it for later. I cannot believe we lucked up on such a gem! There was a variety of meats, starches and veggies to enjoy. Everything looked so delicious. It was hard to make a selection. If you select pork chops, they are cooked fresh ! That’s a plus for me. I don’t mind waiting for good food. Make that great food. There was turkey wings, oxtails, smothered cubed steak, navy beans, candied sweet potatoes. There is a couple of tables out in the breezeway if you want to eat right away. We took our food home and it was really really what we had been looking for. They also work with grub hub and door dash. So go ahead call your order in or stop through and see Mr. Dennis and the crew. You will be glad that you did. Thank you P&D for being so cool!

Definitely a hole in the wall that I wasn’t quite sure about at first but after walking in, nothing but warm welcomes. Chicken fried fresh. Collard greens had no meat but was really good! I have no complaints. Even hear conversation with the owner while we waited for our food and he was very nice and hospitable. I will definitely be back!

I had the chicken wings cooked to order. It was very good. This is a good place to get some decent soul food.

It is a takeout place serving different entrees oj different days. Our food was not only delicious but also the servings were large enough for two days. It tasted even more delicious on the second servings. You should definitely give it a try if you are in the area.

Only went 1 time...different food to pick From..what I Pick[ Oxtails]was not for me..tasted Like plain Stewbeef..no shade..the side was ok..It's All about what's your Food of Choice.

First time trying this. I found this place on doordash. Went to pick it up & its in the cut. This some good soul food, especially the yams. Definitely recommend.

I Googled the top 10 soul food restaurants in Orlando, Florida, and P & D was on the list. The food was excellent, and the serving was generous. My husband had a pork chop dinner, and I had a fish dinner. Sides included cabbage, yams, green beans, and mac & cheese. Everything was seasoned well, and we will definitely visit again when in town.
