PF Chang's is one of our family's favorite spots to visit. This time the food lacked a lot flavor and just didn't taste like the quality that we usually get. The server was not bad but it did seem like it would take longer than normal to check on the table. Overall, it was just meh this time.
I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant for quite some time, but unfortunately, my last few visits have been disappointing. The food quality isn't as flavorful as it used to be, which is a big letdown considering how much I used to enjoy dining here. Additionally, the cleanliness of the environment seems to have declined, which is concerning. Service has also been an issue lately. On our last visit, even with a reservation, we had to wait approximately 10 minutes to be seated despite several vacant tables being visible. Once seated, the overall service was slow as well. I truly hope the management takes note of these concerns and works on improving the food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of service. This restaurant has been a favorite of mine, and I'd love to see it return to its former standards. ---
The food is exceptional. Once you have this you will not want any other Chinese food. The service was very professional. I would highly recommend going here I am a return customer. Thank you for making my birthday special.
The birthday night was great and our server Fernanda was the best, however, food was very disappointed . One of our dishes - PadThai was totally burnt from the kitchen and even the plate smelled burnt. We did not want to return as we were hungry. This was not definitely the standard of PF Orlando or Winter Park.
Nice lunch menu but small portions. Enjoyed the lettuce wraps as an appetizer, then had the $13.99 specials, which included an egg roll, the entree, and rice. There was a $2 up charge for fried rice, but it was well worth it.
We came to celebrate Mother's Day with my kids, and while the food was great, the experience was overshadowed by poor service when we were seated. Despite asking specifically for a booth which was important for our comfort, especially since one of my kids is quite tall we were refused and placed at a small, cramped table. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. The guy who seemed to be the manager was surprisingly rude and dismissive, which was especially disappointing on a day meant for celebration. Again, the food did not disappoint, but the unwelcoming service at the front definitely did. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their guest experience, especially during special occasions.
Food was really good and get customer service. I had a good waitress I don't remember her name but what I do know is that she live in Deland.
The waiter didn't take our order correctly. She offered to change it but after waiting so long my son didn't wanted to wait again. The food was just not good , pricey for the quality and flavor. I'm just not going back again. I wouldn't recommend. Not a great experience in general. Tables were sticky, service was slow.
Everything we ordered was delicious hot&sour soup, cucumber salad, chicken lettuce wrap, sesame beef, chicken. Only thing we didn't like was the vegetable spring roll

The Wall beside the table was Dirty. It took the waitress 10-15 minutes to bring me lemon for my water
Our visit to P.F. Chang's was 6/10 — but just that. The food was standard and good, exactly what you'd expect. Everything was well-prepared and tasted fresh, but nothing really stood out or wowed us. It's a safe choice if you're craving familiar flavors, but don't expect anything over the top.
We had a great experience with PF Chang's celebrating my friend's birthday. I have always loved the food and was so happy be back. It did not disappoint. They also provided a complimentary chocolate cake and candle for celebrating the birthday. Fantastic night.
La mesera estaba de malas, a pesar de que era un cumpleaños y ni siquiera nos quiso llevar las galletas de la suerte La comida muy rica y el lugar bien
We visited this location primarily because my son loves the PF Chang's pasta noodles available at Publix and Walmart. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we waited about 10 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, despite several servers walking by the host stand. During this time, my wife felt uncomfortable, as she suspected the lack of attention might be due to us speaking Spanish to our son. Shortly after, an elderly couple arrived, and two servers quickly rushed to greet them. The couple, noticing we had been waiting longer, kindly pointed out that we were there first, and only then did the servers attend to us. The customer service was disappointing, and the overall behavior of the staff made us feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience has led us to decide not to return to this location.
