As with most everything else these days, the prices have gone up the quantity has gone down.

The most chaotic check in awaited us in for our reservation at 6pm,people who arrived after us in same party sizes got seated before us,families congregating in both waiting areas, and two completely disinterested staff at the check in who were barely audible when calling out party names above the din,it took one other colleague (a polite young man with curly ish hair)to take the initiative and seat us 39 mins after checking in. Baffling. To be fair to him he seemed to be doing all the heavy lifting at the check in desk and run rings around his colleagues in terms of customer service.Server Lee was super friendly and whilst fulfilling her obligations of trying to explain the now varying sizes and combinations and pricing structures of options now available for meal sizes on the menu, the drink specials, the loyalty program - it all just felt exhausting to get to the point of ordering food and a drink! Thankfully the good food saved this experience from being a complete wash out and the loyalty programme sign up saved us 10% from the bill.

Great food and service. Cocktail specials were delicious and the prix fixe menu had some nice options.

It was quite a pity to see they understaff at a prime location, busy,no matter the day establishment. We made reservations and had to wait to be seated. The poor waitress was overwhelmed with tables. Our food came all out at once and the appetizers were cold...we had to flag someone down to top off our drinks and at one point we wanted to order alcohol and other things.. However, the restaurant seemingly far too busy for the little amount of staff at hand we decided to go for desert and drinks elsewhere. The food was bland and some of the chicken still pink.... Just not an experience we are used to. Such a pity The waitress was fantastic, doing everything possible to tend to all the tables assigned to her. It was not her fault.

PF Chang's is one of our family's favorite spots to visit. This time the food lacked a lot flavor and just didn't taste like the quality that we usually get. The server was not bad but it did seem like it would take longer than normal to check on the table. Overall, it was just meh this time.

I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant for quite some time, but unfortunately, my last few visits have been disappointing. The food quality isn't as flavorful as it used to be, which is a big letdown considering how much I used to enjoy dining here. Additionally, the cleanliness of the environment seems to have declined, which is concerning. Service has also been an issue lately. On our last visit, even with a reservation, we had to wait approximately 10 minutes to be seated despite several vacant tables being visible. Once seated, the overall service was slow as well. I truly hope the management takes note of these concerns and works on improving the food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency of service. This restaurant has been a favorite of mine, and I'd love to see it return to its former standards. ---

The food is exceptional. Once you have this you will not want any other Chinese food. The service was very professional. I would highly recommend going here I am a return customer. Thank you for making my birthday special.

The birthday night was great and our server Fernanda was the best, however, food was very disappointed . One of our dishes - PadThai was totally burnt from the kitchen and even the plate smelled burnt. We did not want to return as we were hungry. This was not definitely the standard of PF Orlando or Winter Park.

Nice lunch menu but small portions. Enjoyed the lettuce wraps as an appetizer, then had the $13.99 specials, which included an egg roll, the entree, and rice. There was a $2 up charge for fried rice, but it was well worth it.

We came to celebrate Mother's Day with my kids, and while the food was great, the experience was overshadowed by poor service when we were seated. Despite asking specifically for a booth which was important for our comfort, especially since one of my kids is quite tall we were refused and placed at a small, cramped table. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. The guy who seemed to be the manager was surprisingly rude and dismissive, which was especially disappointing on a day meant for celebration. Again, the food did not disappoint, but the unwelcoming service at the front definitely did. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their guest experience, especially during special occasions.

Food was really good and get customer service. I had a good waitress I don't remember her name but what I do know is that she live in Deland.

The waiter didn't take our order correctly. She offered to change it but after waiting so long my son didn't wanted to wait again. The food was just not good , pricey for the quality and flavor. I'm just not going back again. I wouldn't recommend. Not a great experience in general. Tables were sticky, service was slow.

Everything we ordered was delicious hot&sour soup, cucumber salad, chicken lettuce wrap, sesame beef, chicken. Only thing we didn't like was the vegetable spring roll

The Wall beside the table was Dirty. It took the waitress 10-15 minutes to bring me lemon for my water
