We enjoyed the food quality, the service was made to the time we ordered but they made the wrong type rice. We wish they still had shrimp on the menu.

Expected to dine-in but it's only carryout. Food took some time to make as well.
The food was just awful, you're easily paying a premium $15 for a small bowl for their basic options. The chicken had a grainy texture to it, maybe too much flour or something else?
Overall, we didn't finish the food, it just wasn't good and we will not be back to this place.

To go only.
Dont waste your money here. This is fake Pfchangs. The quality was not the same. I picked up an order for my family yesterday. 2 meals, 1 kids meal and 1 desert. Both proteins for the meals that were 25$ or more were so burnt it wasn't edible. I tried but really couldn't eat it. My son only ate some of the lo mein but even that was chewy. The kids meal was okay but the chicken was like shredded in the fried rice. The cake slice was large so that's what I ended up eating lol. I couldn't go back and return because I was just passing by from a doc appt. They are over an hour away from my house. It was a total waste of money. I was going to get Pei Wei but I figured this would be better. We'll I was wrong I will never go back. I would rather eat Kobes or Pei wei or I suppose only get from there actual pfchangs restaurants.

This P.F. Chang's is to go.... I got chicken lettuce wraps, which I love but they were horrible. The seasoning was very weak and they didn't taste like normal and the lo mein I got was terrible also and I get both of these dishes from pei-wei all the time..... The service was fine and the food was ready as it was supposed to be, but the food did not taste nearly as good as these dishes, which I have had 20 or 30 times each from both P.F. Chang's and Pei-Wei Usually taste like.... I would not get takeout from this place ever again because this is the second or third time that I've been truly unimpressed with the quality of the food

Place is BS. Half of the things offered aren't on the menu. It shows that you can order one eggroll, but because I got the entree (which wasn't on the menu) they took away that offer and gave me the two eggroll option choice at $9.50 for two eggrolls, but one cost $3.50 ( look at my picture.) What kind of sense does that make? The menu is build your own, the first step is choose a starch. But when you choose lo mein they want to charge you $5 for noodles. None of this is on the menu by the way. One entree with rice, eggrolls came out $30.50. PF Chang's has lost my business going forward.

It is only To Go.
It was more expensive than the regular restaurant and menu is very limited.
Fried rice is really poor, just has carrots.

P.F. Chang’s in Orlando serves delicious food with great flavors! The sesame chicken was tender and flavorful, complemented perfectly by fresh veggies and brown rice. A fantastic dining experience!

Just moved to the area and very familiar with PF Chang’s. This isn’t it. It just seems like everything we ordered was not fresh and off tasting. We used Uber Eats. No GF options either even though PF Chang’s has that for most main dishes. It literally tasted like a sub-par Chinese restaurant that was rebranded as a PF Chang’s to go. No thanks! Hopefully this location closes and something better moves in.

My family and I are visiting from Colorado, and we came in for dinner. Though no one else in my family does, I eat a plant based diet. I was looking over the menu to find options for me. Regina immediately asked me about my dietary needs and then helped guide me through the menu. She made me aware of many more options that weren't necessarily on the menu. She gave me the fast pass and made it so easy for me! Additionally, she brought our food outside to us and continuously checked on us throughout our meal. She was absolutely wonderful!
