I want to say that I really like the food at this bakery. Practically everything I've ordered so far has been delicious. The biggest problem for me is not even the slightly dirty and ugly atmosphere of the place (sorry, but that's my opinion), but the service of some of the employees. This morning I went for coffee and the cashier was very unfriendly, rude and had a mocking tone because I didn't know what an item was. I always try to be very friendly with employees because I like to be well served, but this time it didn't help, the girl didn't even respond to my greeting, I felt terrible about the service. Remembering that it wasn't the girl with the northeastern accent (very friendly), it was another young girl with black hair. I won't stop going there because I like the food, but I hope the service improves. Thanks

Wonderful place. During the days I was in Miami and Orlando, I really missed having a legitimately Brazilian coffee, I could find it here. Everything was very tasty and the staff were super welcoming.

This has to be a joke! Or even abuse. Pay US$5.10 plus tax for an orange juice? Ok but look at the size of that cup! No more than 120 ml. I won't be back!

Place looks abandoned. It's the same way, without renovations, I've been repairing it for many years. It was a wonderful place with good food and good prices. I was there at the beginning of April with my husband (who is in Orlando for the first time) and I was so disappointed and embarrassed to introduce him to this place. The order came wrong, and there were only 2 pastries and there were only us in the restaurant lol and they managed to make a mistake. The pastry was HORRIBLE!!! No wonder it's always empty, there are almost no products, etc... they themselves scare away customers with a terrible place of terrible quality.

Oh, such delicious food! I wish this place was local to me. And the lady serving us was so friendly and kind. I would totally recommend this bakery.

Bad experience, don't be fooled by the photos on Instagram. Look at the tapioca I ordered.

First time here. The coffee is good, but the cheese bread has more salt than cheese. the coxinha has more dough than filling. Anyway, now I understand why there's almost no one around here.

When ordering a piece of chicken, it came with a piece of raw dough, it was smelly and it wasn't chicken, I don't know what it was, I just know that it really smelled, I didn't eat it, I threw it in the trash.

The first time we were there (about 3 years ago) we were well served and the quality of the products was very good even with the high traffic. The last few times we noticed that the quality dropped a lot. The place seems to be neglected, and the employees show little (or almost zero) desire to serve.Today I ordered couscous with dried meat. It came so quickly, so quickly that I knew it must be ready, but unfortunately it didn't look like couscous at all. It was a farofa mounted on a small point. Extremely dry. Very dry indeed!I'm not one to give bad reviews, but as a Brazilian, I feel obliged to cooperate so that improvements can be made and our Brazil can be well represented with the quality and hospitality that are peculiar to us.

I've been going to this bakery for many years, and I've posted several good reviews, but Pão Gostoso is just not the same anymore. In the past year, I've noticed a decline in the quality of the food. There always seems to be at least one undercooked item in our order. This morning, I ordered food to go, and to my disappointment, ALL 4 food items I bought were definitely not ready to be served. The shredded cheese in the empanadas was not melted, the chicken in the coxinha was still cold, and the pão de queijo was still a little raw. Everything looked great on the outside, but they must have their cooking times all wrong. Since I got my food to-go, I couldn't complain about it. All in all, the prices are higher than they used to be, but the quality is lower... what a shame. I'll have to get my Brazilian goodies elsewhere.

I've been going to the United States for 10 years, I don't know why I went back there for the second time, many years ago I went there, and now this month I was there, terrible, terrible service, employees look like shit, they treat us super bad, I asked if I could place my order, because no one came to help me, the place is a dump, everything is ugly, the impression is that it is dirty, everything is bad, it takes a long time,…many years ago when I went it was full, today it is very empty, and rightly so, I don't know how they are still open, not to mention they charge an absurd amount, the price is very high only those who are stupid enough to go there!
