Terrible service, the bathroom uninhabitable. Very expensive, little food and soft drinks are separate. You order the combo and when you ask about the soft drink they tell you that it is not included. A while ago I went and I loved it, like everything, it is no longer a shadow of what it was.

I went today around 4pm it was my first time. went inside it was dirty all around. We order and I describe what i wanted and the cashier said something i said sure but didn’t sound right to me i went back not even 2 mins later i told him the right thing he told me no refund or can’t change it. i asked for a manger he said she on break and doesn’t know when the manger will come back but he will call the manager but said “the manger doesn’t like to answer him” i thought that was weird and didn’t answer him then went back to the kitchen to talk to someone else and the other person said she will call someone higher up waited more and said they will change it. I asked can i get the different of the right meal since it was a 6 dollar difference and told me no. it was even more annoying but didn’t argue. got my food the bag was spilling when i got it the napkins and utensils was covered in the sauce then i tried the food it wasn’t even good it was dry as hell and the broccoli was even steamed enough. wouldn’t recommend this place didn’t even taste like chinese food.

Super bad, I just ordered 4 meals, $100 for super salty chicken, no one would eat it, and the other thing, for God's sake, I don't recommend it so that the same thing doesn't happen to you. I eat with salt and that was something that couldn't be eaten. I called and they said sorry, but I can't do anything for you. As if spending 100 on four dishes would mean spending 20, whoever wants to try it already has my opinion. Please look at the reviews, this doesn't work.

After paying $23 for a delivery (which was great btw) of a large fried rice and an egg roll, I opened the bag and there are no napkins, sauces, silverware, or plates… and no, Im not picky, this is just common sense. BTW, it’s not the first time.

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The quality of the food left much to be desired, and I couldn't help but notice that the cleanliness of the establishment was lacking. The tables were covered in grease and remnants of previous meals…

Additionally, the service was not up to par. I observed the cashier seemingly distracted, even biting her nails before handling the cash register and plastic cups, which raised concerns about hygiene.

The atmosphere also contributed to the overall experience; the loud music made it difficult to enjoy a meal or hold a conversation. Overall, this visit fell short of expectations, and I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.

This food was super bad. I found a piece of paper in my rice. The fried chicken didn't have much flavor and neither did the chicken with broccoli. I also asked for a soda in my order and it never arrived. Super disappointed I don't recommend eating here!

I ordered a fried meat combo, and the meat they gave me was so disgusting and they didn't cook the whole meat. My order was delivery. I call the store and they tell me that this is fried meat with a different cut. I know what fried meat is and that is the meat they use for pepper steak. Then they tell me to call Uber Eats, as if they are to blame. Really pepic service

Drove 17 minutes from my home to the establishment. Purchased the boneless spare rib combo paid $16.16 and when I got home very disappointed NO EGGROLL which is usually part of a combo. Very little rice and not how they present the platters advertised on their site. 😔😔😔😔 As for the flavor, it's nothing like when I would purchase this same combo in my hometown in Puerto Rico. Too expensive, customer service was par, taste regular. I will stick my China Wok

I recently ordered from Pa’Los Chinos Orlando via Uber Eats, and was delivered in a timely fashion and with care. The food arrived hot, fresh, and packed with flavor.

The Costilla BBQ sin Hueso was incredibly tender, with a rich, smoky barbecue sauce that had just the right balance of sweetness and tanginess. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious!

The pork egg rolls (buy 1, get 1 free) were crispy, golden, and packed with a well-seasoned filling. They had the perfect crunch, and the dipping sauce added a great extra touch.

I also ordered the Combi Pollo Frito (for 2) with rice, which was another winner. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned. Paired with the fluffy, flavorful rice, it made for a hearty and satisfying meal.

Not only was the food fantastic, but the portion sizes were generous—especially with the amazing buy 1, get 1 free deals! This was my first time ordering from Pa’Los Chinos, but it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended!
