A hero has fallen... this was my must go on every trip to Orlando... Today, March 23, 2024, I had their worst possible food... I ordered carne frita, it was swimming in dirty oil, the tostones were stale and hard... flavorless... also, they made me order my food item by item because apparently you can't order with no rice...

I've eaten here 3 times and it gets worse every time. The food doesn't always taste the same sometimes they give you something fresh and other times they give you food that looks like it's been reheated so it doesn't taste good. Sodas taste like water and have no flavor. The food takes much longer than 1 hour waiting while the workers fighting or talking in the back, clearly not doing their job. The tables are dirty and almost always greasy. The tostones were like a stone that you couldn't even eat because they were so hard. The rice is stiff and tasteless. The shrimp were horrible with no flavor. They are not friendly, they tell you to wait and they have an attitude when you ask them something, they roll their eyes at you and then leave. The employees just walk around looking at their cell phones and you can clearly tell that they are not doing their job. It is definitely not a place where you can feel comfortable or welcome. They only waste your time and your money. I do not recommend.
Very good food but you order by phone they tell you 40 minutes and when you arrive to pick it up it took 40 minutes to deliver it...✔️
