Owner violates service dog owners rights by asking for documentation. It is again the ADA to ask that but she doesn’t seem to care. She was very unapologetic and very rude when people were trying to help her and stating the law. I really hope service dog owners seek justice and sue when asked to provide documentation for their service animal.
