I wish I could leave negative stars. Added gratuity to our bill for a party of 5; didn’t tell us. Service was horrible. Slow. Terrible. Glasses empty. I’d rather stab my eyeballs out than eat there again. Long John Silvers is probably higher quality food and service.

I absolutely love this place. The food is great, service is great and the views are to die for.Expert tip: you don't have to go to just eat. Try going to the 3rd floor for a sunset watch stay a bit longer and you can watch Epcot fireworks ?

We had Matthew tonight!! Fantastic service. Food was great and overall, we had a great time. Just finished 2 weeks in Disney eating at the best restaurants. Also sandwiched a 4 day Disney cruise in between. This meal was the best we’ve had the whole trip.

Hard pass on this restaurant next time I come to disney springs. Food took almost 90 minutes and it was luke warm, and not very tasty. I got the crab cakes and filet and both were mediocre. We had better experiences at other restaurants that were far cheaper.

Went here last night (4/20/24) to celebrate!!! The food was really good. All 7 of us enjoyed everything. The server Cat was amazing. She was so friendly and professional. Cat made the dining experience fantastic. She was very caring and took amazing pictures of the family for us. Ask for Cat when you go❤️

Food was amazing! Our server was Evan and he was very attentive. All of our food and drinks came out on time, and Evan was always checking on us. We also loved his fan! Definitely would come back again. Scallops are 10/10

Food was okay, Atmosphere was amazing. Service sucked. Waited over an hour to be seated, waiter had an attitude and didn’t offer us any bread. Then it took 40 minutes to get our food. I’ve had better experiences at McDonald's. For the amount of money I paid I expect better.

Overall not a good experience. Reservation 7pm. Service so slow drinks arrived 7.30 food order taken at 7.45. Food left under table from previous guests. Had to remind server twice of things we'd asked for.$50 steak was so char grilled it was inedible roasted potatoes. Roasted till they were black again inedible. To be fair manager sorted out discount from the bill. But not the point. Won't be going back again. Over priced gimmick.
