Update, returned on Dec 29th, and had a horrible experience. We had 9 people in our party and each dish came out at all different times and the food was ice cold. I actually returned one of my dishes amd asked them to take it off the check. I asked for hot sauce and never received even asking for it four times. Also, if you don't speak Spanish, don't bother going as I felt I was treated differently. Never again. They also charge you a Service Fee, which mine was $12 for a $80 check. What a ripoff!! Never again.

The food was absolutely amazing and very large portions great for sharing. Probably the best Puerto Rican food I’ve ever had

Last night I brought my family here for dinner. We were a party of 7. Everyone left very disappointed with the taste of the food. My churrasco came out with absolutely no flavor at all and was undercooked. I ordered Medium Well and it came out almost Medium Rare. I could not finish it. My family ordered 4 mofongos and 1 of them had to be sent back to the kitchen because it was all water with no taste. After the meal everyone said their food did not taste good. This was after waiting almost an hour for all the food to come out.

The other problem was we ordered some drinks and they were made in souvenir glasses which out waitress, Mary, did not tell us about and we were all charged for the glasses. I don't know if this was done on purpose but this is not a good way to treat your guests. We have all eaten here before but due to the issue especially with the food taste I doubt we will be returning any time soon.

We came early in the afternoon. Good service and coffee. The mofongo with octopus 🐙 was good. No need for caldito! Is very moist. And the position was enough to share. Good music and decor is amazing!!

Several years ago, I had the opportunity to dine at this restaurant with my children and their families. Despite it being a weekday, the place was packed, the food was very good, and the service was excellent. On December 18th (a Thursday), during a visit to Disney, I wanted to return to the restaurant with my children and their families. The place was almost empty, and the waiters were chatting among themselves near the bar area. After we were seated and served water, more than half an hour passed, and no one came to take our order. In my desperation, I called one of the waiters over to our table and mentioned that we were ready to order. The waiter told me he would tell the waiter in charge of our table...and then went back to continue chatting with the other waiters. After another half hour, the same waiter I had spoken to returned to take our order. After ordering, we had to wait a long time for the first course to arrive; each dish arrived at intervals of 10 to 15 minutes, instead of all at once. In many cases, the food arrived cold. When we realized how long it was taking to bring the food, we decided to ask for the bill when they were bringing the last dishes. It was no use; it took them another half hour to bring the bill. Reviewing the bill, we noticed that the food prices had increased substantially...but the quality of the service and the food had gone in the opposite direction. This restaurant is an example of how something good can deteriorate rapidly when management and supervision fail to do their job properly.

By far the best tasting authentic PR food I have tasted in all of Orlando or Kissimmee. Felt that way after first visit and returned for a second visit before I wrote this. Everything is on point! Food amazing, service amazing, atmosphere and decor love it!!!

Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious! The service was excellent, server was friendly, helpful, very responsive. The music was right on point for the Christmas season. Would definitely recommend it and will be back any time we're in the area!
