All the staff here are very awesome people, I never have any issues to place and order. Always prompt and very attentive to each customer. Cashiers are very polite and helpful for everyone. The owners are very pleasant as well and can see they treat their employees well. Food is very good here. I usually get fried chicken, house rice and fries. Palacio Chino is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Puerto Rican Chinese food! I recently visited for the second time and was just as impressed as the first. I ordered the pepper steak and General Tso chicken—both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot-on, authentic, and just the right balance of spice and savory goodness.
What really stands out here, though, is the service. The staff is incredibly friendly...

The food was very delicious, the customer service was excellent, the living room and bathroom were super clean, the food was very similar to that of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 I recommend them to the 💯
