I would give -5 stars if I could The worst service I’ve ever had I ordered online for a pick up, and when I arrived the doors were closed and I had to move to the drive tru to be able to talk to some one The lady said that I would not have my order because they didn’t have the food for it, but in the website it said that the order was ready to be picked up I had to wait for 15 min to have and answer and she was super rude and inconvenient

Worst Panda location I have encountered. The food is never fresh. The only thing good is the orange chicken. The chow mein is always cold. The rice, half of it isn’t usually cooked. God forbid you ask for soy sauce 50/50 shot they give it to you. I asked the man for a large Coke. He gave me soda water. I’m sure it was pretty obvious that it wasn’t a Coke. He even made me pull up and wait for my food while having all that time to make sure it was correct. I don’t know how they hire these people or how they operate or how there’s no one checking on them because they make a fool of the business.

Manager dude is on point evening time. Super nice, we had a coupon and he suggested a way to save even more, food was fresh and you can tell he really cares and is DIALED at this store. I think this is the most on point Panda Express I’ve ever gone to and we go pretty frequently.

I have been coming to this Panda for years. There's a lot of new faces. I am very pleased with your cook by the name of Shadie. I watched her make 3 items, finish that she came up to the front to help the servers. I love the way she moves. The line was down within seconds.

Head guy very rude. I ask a question he told me well that's how we do it here... I just went to Panda in Apopka and everything I was asking him to do Apopka Panda did. He thought giving food free would help no. After he came and put our bags on a table while we standing in line. Like he was saying just get out. Unpleasant visit. Guess I'll wait for New panda on Michigan Street....
Shanice was very helpful with my order . I was contemplating a few items and she explained very clearly what each item was. I haven’t been to this location since 2013. I definitely will be coming back . Shanice you rock !! She also went above and beyond to ensure I had mostly noodles from the chowmein .

The manager on duty, Culver, was absolutely charming! He greeted guests, informed them while waiting about the Panda App and was very happy and friendly! The food was fresh and hot! The price was awesome! The restaurant was meticulously clean! While I was eating, the manager came out to the dining area, asked how I was doing and if I needed anything, then checked on all the other guests. This was the best Panda experience I have ever had!

I went to pick up food. I said the food is cold. They said no it's hot when I was paying the input sauce and they said we don't have iced tea. We don't have a spoon and we don't have fortune cookies I said well you not have to charge credit card, but you don't have what you have to have.

Every time i come here in the morning around 10:10 its not busy and i still have to wait 25 minutes to get my order! if you’re not ready to serve why the app let us order something that its not ready just open 10:30 or have your employees to come earlier!
