Whoever was cooking on February 19th, 2025 at 7:49pm must be protected at all costs. The super greens are TENDER and easy to eat, rice is fluffy and cooked perfectly, steak is well done and seasoned just right. I’m so glad I chose the Panda tonight!

Get home and they forgot to give one order. I have been trying to call so many times and whoever answers the phone can't hear you so they hang up. I've tried from other phones and same thing happens. If you forget something good luck getting anyone on the phone!

Mr. Culver, I can understand portion control. I definitely know all about corporate America. But your scoops are barely full. Compared to what I'm used to from Panda, it makes me feel like I'm being shorted. I actually quit going to your Colonial Dr. location.
Last time I was there with my spouse not only did we have the portion control thing happen for a third time, we were next in line and stood there for almost 15 minutes because the servers were too busy being micromanaged.
But what really got me was when your employee went to tell you about our concerns that we expressed to her, and you told her not to worry about it and just walked away.

I love coming to this location, the people are nice, i love the food, really clean place and the manager Culver is so attractive! he even offered me a free drink, you can tell that he knows how to run the restaurant.
Great value for the money, delicious. Could use some work in the drink area... No clear "water" dispenser (I ended up with soda water), tea is most often out.

Exceptional service!! The food was available, fresh, looked great and tasted great! Restaurant clean. Great staff! The manager helped me with an email I had from corporate (for a free meal). I couldn’t use it in store so he offered me 10% off my meal :) I will go back to this well ran location. (W Garden employees needs to get training from this manager). Thank you :)
This is now the 3rd time I have ordered string bean chicken and have been given orange chicken. Tried calling to speak to a manager as i can not eat the orange chicken due to an allergy and have been hung up on three times and then my call be sent to voicemail. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
