We go often to panda express. This one worst services. There is 2 speeds there slow and super slow. Spanish girl speak to all Spanishs customers but forget to serve people on line ! Hello !

We showed up around 11pm thy were still open..after a long day at Disney we wanted to eat alot!...the ladies (wished had their names) were amazing very nice and they packed our Togo boxes really good...the food was delicious!!!!

I had ordered online and when I came in it took them another 25 minutes to get my food prepared. When I didn't receive my drink. I asked for it again and it took them another 10 minutes just to acknowledge me and to hand me a cup. Not the greatest experience.

The line is insane as it circled the restaurant!! They took 35 min to even get to order. We eat at many of the panda locations and this is the first. Never stopping here
Buyers be ware.
If this location gets this busy often as others have said…. Why not have enough staff??

The worst Panda store in Orlando. Almost 1 hour to eat. The line wasn't too long. They were super slow and having priority to delivery orders. They were serving very small portions because the kitchen was behind with some dishes. Lacking of manager to organize the mess.

I order a plate with fried rice and a double serving of orange chicken. What I got instead was a serving of Kung Pao Chicken and a serving of orange chicken. Kids were running and screaming all over the dining area with their parents doing nothing. This is a horrible Panda Express.

They let someone take my order making the grubhub driver cancel my order after waiting 40mins.

Placed a DoorDash order, door dashers got backed up at lights and showed up to pick up my order at 12:34 4 minutes past their closing time. I placed the order at plenty of time before store closed. So assuming they made my order (you can literally see it in the photo of pickup shelf). Dasher called me and said he has been knocking and calling the store and they just ignored him. 4 minutes pass closing you couldn’t hand off the food? You just ignored him? Horrible customer service! I’ve been in the service industry myself and i would never think to act the way these people acted! I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere.
