Foods are OK and they have the best Kongpao chicken I always love, but the wait for dine-in is awful and getting worse recently. I wouldn't blame the folks taking orders because they are very busy with online and drive through orders, and they are nice. But being at front of the line and still having to wait for >10 min in a fast-food chain is just not right. I guess it's the company's policy or the management decision, but if you have so overwhelming number...
I must say that I am truly grateful for the very personable customer service I received from DEREK tonight! He went way above & beyond in his attentiveness & kindness. There's so much to complain about in this world but it's very refreshing to know that there is still people who care for others. God bless you Derek & your future will be a success!
I had an amazing experience at Panda Express, and I want to give a special shoutout to Lisa, the general manager. The food was delicious as always, and even when my order had a small mix-up, Lisa went above and beyond to make it right. She was incredibly kind and ensured that everything was perfect. It’s refreshing to see such great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
