I places an online order for 3 portions of beef and broccoli when i got home it was all broccoli with 2 tiny pieces of beef in it and noodles were so dry I couldn’t eat them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Everytime I order from here they mess it up, without fail. Either they can’t count to four when we order a medium egg roll or they don’t understand that teriyaki chicken comes with the sauce… or it’s just chicken. Either laziness or stupidity and I’m tired of paying for it. Thanks for the refund. Im done trying to give y’all an excuse. I’ll go elsewhere

Don't go for the servicarro because they serve you a little. On two occasions I ordered steak with broccoli and when I get home it's all broccoli. I don't go back for the servicarro. Now I get out to see what they make me. That's why I give it 4 stars in terms of service.

Employees are super rude and they seem to think they can decide what you want to eat when you order something and then they charge for the most expensive plate. Whoever wrote on an old lady’s bowl “how old are you” after ordering food for her whole family (including a kids meal) needs to get fired for 1. Asking that. And 2. For charging a whole big meal sized plate without her knowledge.

This past Saturday i ordered pick up at 2.45PM through online app. Arrived on location at around 2.50PM.
About 8 people in line. I walk over pickup area, order isnt there. I wait until around 3PM before I reach out to staff member and explained i had a 2.45 order, they asked my name and proceed to do it, BUT stopped in the middle to attend to in store customers again.
I ask again after they are done with said customers, she starts the order again and STOPS yet again.
I ask for a refund at this point at 3.10PM when even people that were at the end of the line when i arrived have been cared for, thats when the staff member finishes my order and gives it to me. I walk out the store at 3.15PM, 30MINS after my pick up time and after reaching out 3 times for the food.
Plus when i finally check the food, the “beef and broccoli” portion is 3 or so broccoli with 1 tiny piece of beef.
I called to speak with a manager who apologized but at the end no solution was provided and ended with im sorry thats companys policy.

After ordering drive thru I was told to park, and after 20 minutes waiting I don't receive my complete order and I asked for double steak since they always short on the meat. Instead of more steak they just pack the plate full of mushrooms and peppers. Horrible service

I was so happy to see a vegan option on the menu so I went in for lunch. I ordered the orange chicken and asked for the vegan option. Although not posted, they charged me and extra $3.00 for the vegan option. I expressed my concern and she just turned around and spooned all the food back in the warming tray! Not cool! I went shopping for beyond chicken, panda express orange sauce and white rice and enjoyed my home made vegan orange chicken

Just did pick up order at the landstar location. Didn't realize until I got home they that they are robbing the customers. I ordered 3 separate orders all noodles but didn't realize until I got home the noodles had more cabbage than noodles. They are cheating the customers big time here my kids couldn't eat the lo mein had more than half of it was all cabbage and a few pieces of meat in each bowl never again will I got back here. High price less food seems to be the norm.
