My mom and I had lunch here today and we were welcomed and treated so well from the moment we arrived. A special shout-out to Marta and Lisa — they were super friendly, sweet, and incredibly patient. Truly amazing service!

Went through the drive through and ordered a big plate. I asked for orange chicken and beef and broccoli, I was told I needed to wait 5-10 mins for the beef and broccoli and I waited. When I opened up my container there was no beef and broccoli and only a small amount of orange chicken, the white rice I had was also very hard and didn’t seemed to be cooked all the way.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. My husband and I waited about 5–10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When we finally spoke up and asked, “Is anyone going to take our order?” the employee, Jafet, laughed at us. Which was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that my husband is a veteran who has served in two wars for this country.
To be treated this way, especially right before Veterans Day, is unacceptable. Jafet showed no interest in helping us and continued to laugh instead of offering assistance. From my observation, Samira and another employee were focused on to-go orders, but it made no sense to ignore customers standing directly at the counter.
No one apologized for Jafet’s behavior, which made the experience even worse. I will never return to this location. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed here was truly disgusting.

I rarely leave reviews, especially about chain food, but it was my first time back to a Panda Express in a while after a few bad experiences and I was very impressed with the service at this location. The food was good, the entrees were hot and fresh and the holding tables looked clean, and didn’t have sauce and gunk splattered everywhere, my only complaint is that the fried rice was a bit crunchy and maybe sat too long. However the service was very nice even though it seemed like they were slowing down after just being busy. One of the employees Sheila even came to my table to check up on me and ask how everything was, which at first surprised me from a fast food restaurant, But she was very pleasant and professional, and didn’t ruin my lunch with a bunch of questions. Surprisingly good for a Panda Express, I would actually consider coming back to this location if I was craving it again.

We ordered a family meal and we wanted beef and broccoli we received only broccoli and a little bit of beef and talked with Yajaira and she said that's the right portion, broccoli and a little bit of beef, it's my first time that happened to me, because all pandas has a better portion with everything. I’ve been going to this panda express for a while and the food is always excellent atmosphere is always good. Service user is always very good but lately the service has even gotten better thanks to a young lady named Vivi & her excellent customer Service skills—I can see her smile In her eyes through her mask, even when I’m having a bad day, seeing her improves my day. You have a great employee in her and I’m sure the rest of staff is equally as good thank you
