What terrible service from the employee Kimberly A. The truth is that it is disrespectful to have to deal with a person who is not qualified for customer service. She wants to charge you more and the rest of the employees say that it is an extra tip when I was clearly ordering my food for very separately. I ordered dish number 1 and the extra shrimp but the girl put extra money in the order and tries to explain to her that she was charging others but that goes with a type of personnel like that it is better to agree with him even if he is not right. Because she is quite confrontational, poorly educated and really not good for this type of customer service job. Because he has rock bottom ethics. Additionally, improve the cooking of each silver to be offered a little more. Because they are not cooking each dish well since the rice felt a little burnt and the extra cheese rangoons, terrible, terrible! The owner of this establishment or manager must choose his employees a little better or teach him professional and work ethics.

Navardo in the drive thru is VERY RUDE! Panama express should teach their employees GOOD customer service skills or get rid of them. He slammed the window in my face, almost throw me my sauce I asked kindly for. The food was so dry and nasty!!!!!

Rude and disrespectful employees we got there before closing was told they had teriyaki then right after told they closed misleading because closing was at 11 but at 10:30 they had no food and the drive thru was still open but we were told they had teriyaki and when I asked about sides was when I was informed they were closed really disappointing and not nice at all
