Mismanaged. They have several employees and the manager is yelling at everyone and telling them to do 3 different things all of which are not what is in demand or out for food. Disgraceful service. You are better off leaving Universal than dealing with the staff here.

One of the best quality-price options for a day after the park. ideal to take to the hotel. Usually the line is long (it leaves the building) but fast and the most popular options (orange chicken) have very fast turnover. I recommend the doughs with cream cheese, 2 dollars for 3 units (much cheaper than other similar restaurants in the sector)
Vegetarian options: except for a couple of sautéed vegetables. the entire menu has meat. vegetarian options in snacks.
Parking: The only way to access it is by universal citywalk, so you have to park in the park.

Unfortunately, both my partner and I experienced food poisoning after having lunch at this restaurant on 2/11/25. That was the only meal we had that day, so we are certain the illness came from the food here. I sincerely hope the restaurant prioritizes food safety to prevent this from happening to others.

I don't get the bad reviews. It's panda express, stop the madness.
Don't come here if you don't want to spoil your mood very much! The women who work there are just terrible! We just stood there and waited for her to try to serve us in the queue, having already placed an order! She served everyone after us, but not us. We just wasted our time and left unhappy and in a bad mood!

Was told that they were out of orange chicken. Not a big deal right? Until you hear the details. This isn’t a random Panda Express in like Jacksonville. This is ORLANDO CITYWALK. Top tier is expected. We were told that they were out of orange chicken (A main staple food) then I witnesssed 90% of a very very busy line become very upset. Was your inventory order that wrong? Or were your workers just unwilling to make more. Which should be concerning that despite a majority of the line expressing their upsetness, nothing was done in terms of an explanation. As an avid Panda Express fan, this was EXTREMELY DISASAPOINTING.
Sincerly, someone who worked in food service and would’ve been chewed out by my uppers.

Beware of this location!! No kids menus here when they’re located at a child’s theme park. They refuse to hand out lids or straws when you get a drink, so it’s more difficult when you’re trying to leave the line with boxes of food and now drinks with no lids. They also do not have any trays to help you carry your order out to a table. They will only sell you one size cup as well, when they have all 3 sizes available. The food was fresh, but my kids didn’t get a kids meal since they do not sell those at this location, even though their website states they have kids menu.

The Asian lady at the counter was rude and was simple incapable of understanding simple directions (an idiot to put it mildly). I asked for two takeout options with no meat but somehow this concept was very difficult for her to understand and instead she shouts back when she was not able to follow what was being asked for. These guys are situated at a great location with not many options for Asian food and hence don’t seem to care much for customer service and civil behavior as almost all of their customers are tourists. Food was not great as well, not suitable for vegetarians. Try to avoid this place if possible…

Poor quality food and do not expect any Panda Express quality or taste. Better you try outside ,if you are really tiered and you cannot walk further please try your luck like me.

Had the black pepper Angus as a side, which they do charge extra for. The issue is they only gave me a couple pieces of meat. The rest was fillers - Onions and red peppers.
The fried rice was also very dry.

Ordered orange chicken. Chicken was good but had bones in it. Chow mein was limp and flavorless. Do not provide lids or straws for drinks.
Got to be the worst panda I've ever been to.
The staff are worse than the food.
Really couldn't believe the small portions for the price!
Would definitely not Pay that sort of money again 🙄
