Something is really off with the food here today. 11:00am. Normally I love panda, but I really regret my purchase. I hope this message reaches Management so they can address it. Everything was very oily. Noodles were mushy and had black burned spots. Orange chicken was overly too sweet and very hard & chewy. Chicken had an off flavor. The staff was very friendly and everything appeared clean. Just not good food.

It turns out the dish was temporarily out of stock, which wasn’t communicated clearly. I could have chosen to wait if I had known. When discussing this with her manager, the staff member interrupted our conversation, claiming language barriers about she does not speak English, only in Chinese.She clearly does not speak ChineseThis interaction left me feeling misunderstood, as it seemed there were assumptions made about my language based on my appearance. The situation was frustrating and felt inappropriate.
