If you need a reason to love this particular Panda Express, it's going to be Terra and Xander. Terra is an absolute gem of an employee and deserves to be recognized for the hard work constantly put into keeping the store flowing. I constantly see Terra floating into multiple roles to help out. Xander has an attention to detail and willingness to help that stands above the rest.

Not that crazy about Panda Express although their teriyaki chicken is good. Authentic chicken oriental is worth the money over Panda.

My experience at this establishment was very negative. The person in charge of taking my order was not properly trained to handle customer requests, which resulted in my order being taken incorrectly. While the people behind me received their orders correctly, mine was never ready.

To make matters worse, another customer standing behind me interrupted the conversation I was having with the restaurant’s representative, preventing me from hearing the explanation about my order. She insisted on being served before me, despite being behind in line, and did so in a loud and aggressive tone, even in front of her child.

After an unnecessary wait and due to the lack of control and organization from both the staff and management, my wife and I had to leave upset and without eating. Situations like this reflect a serious lack of training, supervision, and customer handling by the establishment.

Just left here & I'll never go back. Not bc the service. The employees were very nice and helpful. I appreciate the effort they put into my pick up order while the dine in line was packed. They did a great job juggling the 2. The woman behind the counter running register was handling the rush very well & efficiently, even when dealing with a customer that was being difficult. However! While I was waiting I was standing next to a puddle. I assume it was from the roof leaking considering I seen multiple drops fall behind the counter and in the kitchen area. Staff needs to be trained properly about cross contamination between handling money (or literally anything) and then handling food 🤢

Out of white rice. Didn't want to make more . Out of ragons. Out of stock. Garbage cans full of trash. Couldn't put anything more in. Tables dirty. Very slow on waiting on people for orders.

We came in for lunch and stood at the counter for 15 minutes while being ignored.
4 employees looked at us including the manager and never spoke to us or asked what we wanted.
We walked out.

Very good for the price,some locations a bit better or worse depending on staff and times of day but mostly consistent, remember to ask for sauce like teriyaki or chili sauce,they don't automatically add this

Fantastic service, super quick, and did NOT skimp on the food (unlike other places!) Emily and her team were incredibly nice and kept a busy place moving.

No more Panda for me at this location. Third visit in 6 weeks. This time the line is out the door at 1pm with people waiting for service. Last two visits they had no sides because of a hurricane that didn’t even hit Orlando. Wasting valuable time at lunch at a business nearby because they don’t have it together here. Sad because I love Panda Express! But literally go anywhere else unless you want to wait 30 minutes for fast food.

Terra is amazing ! I told her I couldn’t have mushrooms and she took her time separating them from the food choice I wanted . Amazing service from her !
