Came in at 1:00pm to having to wait on food to be made. There were 6 employees behind the counter and this should have been avoided. Also an employee must have been going on his break, since he went behind and piled on all kinds of entree's on that plate. Just wow. Will not be back and will discourage anyone from going. No ambition or drive.

Tip for the manager and employees: no matter what time of day, you should always be making more orange chicken. Just do it, because it’s gonna be out. You know it is.

Friday at 5:30. Everyone standing around. Was out of everything. Even fortune cookies. And employees don’t even care. No apologies. Been coming here for 5 years. Management doesn’t care. I will never come back!!!!!

This location is always busy. Sometimes I come in, certain customers give attitude to the workers like it’s their fault that’s it’s busy. You guys are doing a good job despite the wait time. I know it’s hard to keep smile on your faces when dealing with rude and impatient people.

Overall it was good, the food was a little bit cold. But the ambience, the Customer Service was excellent. The restaurant had a different layout from the one for where I live. It had a little bit more upscale look. It was great, I definitely don't will go back.

Panda Express #1304 ReviewMy visit to Panda Express #1304 left me with mixed feelings. Let’s break it down:Menu Choices:We tried both the Chow Mein with Orange Chicken and the Mushroom Chicken. Unfortunately, the taste was underwhelming. The flavors lacked depth, leaving us wanting more. The Noodles were not al dente. The Vegetable Spring Rolls were decent but not particularly memorable.Expectations:We didn’t have high expectations, and sadly, they were met. The food felt bland overall.Perhaps a little more salt, garlic, and MSG could have elevated the flavors.Cooking Technique:Better use of flaming hot wok. Traditionally, Asian cuisine thrives on the intense heat of a wok, which imparts a unique flavor. It seems that many places, including Panda Express, shy away from this technique.A bolder approach to wok cooking might have improved the taste.Ambiance and Cleanliness:The place could use a cleanup. Despite the traffic, cleanliness matters.Service over the counter was decent, which is a plus.Noodles:The noodles fell short. Although filling, this food stayed in your stomach for hours very unlike most Asian food.In summary, Panda Express #1304 falls short in terms of flavor, but the noodles are a saving grace. If they could infuse more boldness into their dishes, it might just be the improvement they need. ??Note: This review is based on my personal experience and observations. Your mileage may vary!

From a food quality, freshness and flavor perspective this is the worst Panda Express in a 100 mile radius.

My boyfriend went to get Panda Express for tonights dinner and he asked the workers (Tim) if he can make a fresh broccoli and beef the worker kindly said of course will take 5 more minutes and I end up with just broccoli. The chow main has no flavor … I was on the phone with my boyfriend the whole time and the workers seemed very nice. But saying y’all would fix some more food and have him wait longer for just broccoli that’s just like giving me a kids meal. But $12 to pay for not what I asked and we waited for isn’t right..

Tasted off. It was rather busy when I went but the food tasted like it was stale, I've been to the University Location during much busier times and the food tasted much better. The sauce for the Orange Chicken was overly dry and sticky, and the shrimp tasted overly fishy. Lo Mein was mostly cabbage. Also, they store toilet paper rolls right next to the drink dispenser.

I love Panda Express, but time I asked if I could taste something to see if it was too spicy. She said no, you can't sample anything . Pick something else. It was the way she said it was off-putting.

The service here is Terrible. I have given THEM more chances to get better and still no change. I walk in to sit down and tables are nasty not cleaned went up to the register to ask some to clean. It was with such a nasty attitude that I ask u to do your job. I ordered online was told from the app that the food would be ready at Six more like 615. Fried rice was hard so I can promise that I will NEVER COME BACK.

Yummy flavors, clean restaurant, super busy around dinner time so expect to wait a bit but the workers do their best. No complaints here.
