Although the food is good, the service is terrible. For a meal that is supposed to be fast, I waited more than 20 minutes. And it was a line order. One of the workers treated me rudely. They should take a good look at who they hire.

I personally had a new experience with someone named Paul. He gave me the impression of a good worker. In all honesty I used to have a bad experience with a female worker and didn't see her this time. Food was hot, done quickly and had a positive experience with all the workers smiling back.Me being a usual day to day customer normally smiling was not a thing, but looks like that's not an issue anymore.

I was here about a week ago when Mel initially started helping me. She was short and rude. Then she handed my plate to Carmen who was super nice but she said to her in a rude voice out my orange chicken on there. And said ring up “my” customer. She was very rude and unprofessional and should not be representing your business. However Carmen was very professional and nice. I live very close by and come here often. It’s def sad you have someone like Mel representing you! But you should be proud Carmen is

Horrifically bad managed place. Always dirty, filthy bathroom, trash can always overflowing. Always have to wait 15 min for more food to come: which means a mix of cold + freshly cooked items in my plate. On top of that, the managers are always in bad mood with horrible atitude.
I walked in and grab customer’s order. I was informed manager that I am deaf. This manager, Ramona, was looking unfriendly. As for myself being customer, I will not come back there because of unfriendliness atmosphere and service.

The food taste was not good . I try panda before and I can said for a fact this food was terrible .I’m not sure what they did but they need to go back to their food taste that they have before .im not going to buy food at this location ever again .

Really disappointed on how the manager Katelyn handled my complaint I privately let her know that my Chow Mein was mainly onions and I show her my plate so she can see , and she rudely walk away staying that that’s how the recipe is. Fill a little box with noodles give it to me, no eye contact not apology NOTHING her attitude was rude.I’ ve been coming to this place for a year and I never had a bad experience before.

I was here on Monday around 4:30. A woman named Kaylyn, im pretty sure she’s a manager or equivalent. She was very rude. I had a SMALL complaint about my food, and I wasn’t satisfied and asked for a refund on it. She complained saying that it wasn’t possible that the food could be bad, and continued to tell me that if she wasn’t working, in her words “we could take this outside” acting like she wanted to fight in her words. Over a food complaint. VERY rude. VERY aggressive. As well told me I can go somewhere else with my attitude.
