This is the worst panda store in Orlando. Food quality control is non-existent. Food portion is very small. They are biased when serving your food. Hard and tasteless rice!! Dirty floors.Terrible service. This store really needs to improve and stop serving low quality food to its customers!

The worker which name is TENICIA can’t be called “Manager”. I ordered a plate for my kid and paid for it but couple minutes later he decided to upgrade for a bigger plate . The server told us he would have to charge $2 for that and we agreed but by the time we got the bag with the food, he said it was gonna be $5,50 instead of $2. The lady interrupted the conversation and instead of solving the issue as a REAL MANAGER would have done, she decided just to ask me if I want to pay or not! She decided to throw away the food instead of solving the misunderstanding. Bad , too bad Tenicia , Lake Nona Branch

This is an ok place to eat. Problem was they were outta all the food and what food was there was cold, dry and in small amounts. The rice we returned because it was so chewy that it was not possible to swallow... The servers were awesome so they helped out a bunch... The place is kinda dark but don't sit next to doors because it does a ton of carry out... Our local location is far superior... I will pass on net time around.

I drove 20minutes to this placeto get noodles and shrimp and they were out of shrimp at 3:00pm!! This is incredible. I always eat shrimp since I come to panda and I asked to have a sample of a different meat and they refused to do it with a bad attitude. This place should have better customer service!

XAVIER has to be one of the slowest people I've ever encountered. He's thin and wears glasses. Last time I was here was at least 3 months ago. There was a long line but instead of helping he was just getting in the way slowing everyone down. Thankfully Amanda came to help (name might be Nicole either/or). I went in today and there he is Again! I can't believe he hasn't been let go. Kid might've moved slower than last time. Same gal came to the rescue once again. Seriously, either retrain him or let him go.

Had to wait a while for rice and the fresh rice had no flavor. The orange chicken tasted old. Got 1 completely wrong order because of waiting as well. Workers seemed new. Glass front on line replaced with plastic wrap, broken refrigerator pushed out into seating area. No bottled water. The few bites of food I did eat made me sick.
